Make it to where the top three of a faction can whitelist someone to use their racket before meeting the hourly requirements. Some folks aint unemployed. it allows for the Bosses top choose who can use the racket, which in itself also prevents racket abuse.

Or a chat /me message that shows they sent or received a message through their pager. Feel like it's unfair that you can silently send messages as a CI or a Spy and no one knows. Anyone with senior admin+ needs to be restricted to government positions. If these recent wars and conflicts have shown anything is that the admins on the server as quite literally the opps. They do anything and everything for their shitty factions to make sure the normal playerbase is at a disadvantage. So make them choose: Make decisions for the server or Play as an Italian, The staff Bias in upper staff decisions has been going crazy, from PK's to Escalation, it's all shit. The server is gonna lose quite a few players if this shit persists, ain't no one wanna play against dudes who can just decide you're faction needs to be culled.
