Hello! I can see that an argument got a little out of hand, regardless we cannot condone any of the actions that has happened. The lockers in PD are clearly in room that is marked Evidence, all lockers are only Whitelist locked for PD; those lockers are clearly meant to hold things that will be used IC'ly. We feel that your actions may have been motivated by hostility and therefore cannot let you off with a weaker sentencing. Please take some time to real/skim over the rules to get an understanding of this server. Under Robbery/Raiding Rules 9 it is very clear that any form of raiding or robbing of PD is prohibited. Hello! I'm the staff member that approved your PK! If you don't know PK- means Permanent Kill, what this means is your character basically had the equivalent of dying in real life. The reason why you were killed was due to you breaking Fear RP. Someone with a gun had it pointed at you and was trying to rob you; if you comply you usually live but in this case you had not complied to reasonable demands. This act of breaking Fear RP is showing disregard for your characters life and in return lead to your characters death. I would recommend reading the PK Guidelines as it has more than one reason that can lead to your characters death! Sorry for the loss of your character!

Hello! I am the admin that approved the PK! Yes, as you stated made men of the criminal faction you were apart of did notice you taking pictures, although what you did not notice was them running after you and them watching you change back into the clothes you were wearing before going back and interacting with them. This was the Clip provided to me regarding the orders, I am still actively trying to get some audio in the clip but otherwise they had caught you in the act of you doing suspicious things while under their whitelist. Hello! I am the staff member that banned you, metagaming is a topic we take seriously. Especially if you were using it to mug people; we had gotten a clip where you and the others you were mugging were coordinating in a call to mug someone, calling out "lets put this guy under FearRp." The ban was the length it was because you already had another metagaming note, I didnt feel like really needing to explain myself seeing as you should already know better. Before making any bans I had spectated you and your friends and noticed on multiple occasions where you guys would run around the map, moving around in sync, without saying a single word IC'ly. Considering your time on the server you should know better. The clip provided below should show why the ban is valid, not only did you state you and your friends should mug the guy but you also get replies from at least one of them before you all hop out of the car. Hello, I am the staff that had approved your PK; you had run over a cop while trying to flee from them pulling you over. This ruling was permitted under Pk Rules under confrontations with police, while not explicitly covered under the section-- any malicious attempt at getting away or killing cops with a vehicle will still lead to VCWP. The first cop you hit I will admit could be excusable for an accident, but the second officer you hit seemed intentional and malicious. We try to take situations like this in a realistic manner, if you were to hit a cop in real life the way you did here obviously the other officers watching it happen would shoot to kill. Sorry for the loss of your character!

Hello! I am the staff member who did your pk! It seems there was a little trouble with communication when it came to the sit you made after the pk. The reason why you were pk'd was due to essentially "ghosting" the family and not paying kick-ups. You were still on the Bonanno whitelist while walking around the city and still interacting with people, you cannot simply be a "regular italian dude just hanging around" when on a Faction White-list. I do understand you had been first whitelisted a while back and that would be fine if you just un-whitelisted but you had interacted with the factions gun racket while still on the faction.

Whoops had the wrong guy in mind. Hello you were pk'd due to leaving the faction, It had not been 2 weeks since you had left the faction, you had left on the 23rd of last month and 2 weeks would've been completed on the 7th of this month. You did have knowledge of the factions doings, drug racket, etc... but unfortunately since you did not meet the 2 week time frame you were eligible for being PK'd. Usually PK's dont really have much interaction player wise since its a hit with a lot of risk for the other party being wacked as well, which is why it was kinda a surprise for you when you died. Sorry for the loss of your character.

Hello! I was the staff that was originally over watching the PK before it became a VCWP / Dying after doing a hit. I was inside the room waiting for the 15 minute timer to be done unfortunately I was not outside the room to hear the reason why the cop found you or their reasons. I always encourage people that feel they have been pk'd wrongly to appeal so that further investigation may be done. Otherwise the reasons were valid as you did start shooting cops and their retaliation lead to your death.

Calink did a pretty good job explaining the reasons why you were banned, you cannot claim a character has PTSD just to get into shootouts with officers. While there are other ways to incorporate PTSD into a character, using it as an excuse just to engage in shootouts with cops is not allowed but also not a valid form of RP. While reviewing I've noticed that for a couple hours you followed a pattern, engaging cops, dying, rinsing and repeating. Until ultimately you got banned for RDM, you claiming that your character has PTSD may be trying to find a loophole in the rules. If you were to read the first and last sentence of the server rules; Loopholes are not allowed. "Do not attempt to loophole or bypass the spirit of the rules. Inventing reasons or false scenarios in attempt to make yourself immune to the killing/baiting/mugging/any rules is not permitted." It does not matter that a form of RP will have a certain amount of people enjoying it, if it breaks the rules it is not allowed. If we were to allow you to continue this kind of RP, it could encourage behavior we do not want on the server. This would cause many people to follow in your steps and start claiming that their characters have PTSD as well just to avoid proper consequences. At the end of the day staff has final say, we do encourage people to make appeals if they feel that their ban was not justified but in this case it was.

Hello! I'm the Staff member that did your pk, I understand that sometimes things do happen; which is why I encouraged you to make an appeal. While your WiFi may have timed out I cannot do anything unless advised ahead of time, or without sufficient evidence- you have to understand sometimes people lie in order to get out of things. The officer who made the ticket had explained the charges that you would face, while talking to him he mentioned that either you took your charges to court to get a reduced time or accept the plea deal which would've been a life sentence. Even then I waited 15 minutes for you to return and continue the RP.

When you first join a faction a little tab appears on your screen stating that you may be PK'd for a multitude of reason, before you join a faction a display appears stating the risks that come from joining a criminal faction. Dons may use any reason to PK someone in their criminal faction just as long as it is deemed appropriate. Very sorry for your loss. I hope this manages to clear things up!

Hello, I am the staff member that did your PK! Unfortunately, Vigilante rp is not a form of rp we allow on the server. Additionally, while you were on the rooftop you watched as the officer approached the spot while reloading your gun before shooting him. That shot did make the pk valid for violent confrontation with police as other officers responded to your hostile act, which is why you were shot and killed despite backing away from the ledge. Hello! I am the staff member that approved your PK! The reason why your character was PK'd as you already know was violent confrontation with police, the officer who provided the clip (provided to me) had no ooc language used which could deny their PK. This was accepted as in the clip provided you shot and killed an officer in front of you and responding the officer who saw it happened retaliated. The only time you are able to shoot and "Hospitalize" an officer is when the police engage in the violent activity first. Im sorry to hear about the loss of your character! Edit:

Hello Bubby! I am the staff that has banned you, i must say you have made compelling argument in this appeal! I should've been more thorough with your ban but alas it was a very chaotic day and i was taking the mass amounts of tickets that were piling up. The reasoning behind my ban is quite obvious as VDM, while you could have been defending your friends you all were previously shot and killed repeatedly by the same people in a short amount of time. Your little group repeatedly broke NLR to continue engaging the same people in the same area, seeing that you had no weapons you resulted to using a vehicle. Hope this clears up why you have been banned! Then disconnected 2 minutes after you had died for the final time.

Hello I am the admin that approved your PK, There seems to be some confusion, this was dons orders and not violent confrontation with police. The orders were placed on you for TLDR; Causing issues with other factions & bringing unnecessary police attention to the faction. It can be that you were shot from a distance by the member who was in charge of the orders or from behind but otherwise was not related to the police! Sorry for the loss of your character.

Hello! I'm the one who was in the clip- otherwise known as "Moon!" In your own clip you can see that Moon did see both of you approach! It was only after I was able to glance at both of you that you put a mask on! As for your PK, I was in the city and saw that you were at an ATM I let someone know (Who was previously briefed on the day moon was mugged that it was you who mugged moon) and confirmed that you were the intended person and the rest was well... history!

Hello! I was the Admin who oversaw your PK. Orders were as you already know per you stating to it in the appeal- due to harming relations with multiple allied factions, Failing to pay dues, and lack of safety of the faction by openly bragging about illegal activities. Seeing the age behind your character you already know that there were risks with joining the faction, openly bragging about the illegal things you have done while in the faction does put the whole alliance at risk! As for the paying kick-ups; as you also stated in your appeal, you were once a capo. While yes, you probably did not need to pay taxes as a capo, you stated "technically" which could be interpreted as you having knowledge that you did in-fact need to pay kick-up as an enforcer.
