I thought it would be cool and much more "Mafioso", that in each crime family, street gang has an hitman who is sent by the Don and faction's superiors to kill the target, such as someone who has betrayed the agreements or someone from the enemy family or anyone who makes mistakes. But rightly the hitman must be given various information and must be sent ONLY FOR VALID REASONS.

the better idea is bring back world corp in the exact place where it was before. honestly, I was thinking of adding a new punching system, with the addition of blocking attacks from surely one of those white shirts, and adding kicks as well. Not only does this allow for a new way to defend yourself or fight, but kicks will also allow you to break down doors, like the cops who are criminal a criminal or finding a criminal inside his room. This allows the cops, detectives etc. to have a very realistic rp experience, similar to 80s/90s action movies. Also, everyone else can use kicks, but only for a good reason that has a motivation that makes sense. The fatality/glory kill should be removed because it's too powerful and you risk being killed repeatedly. However, the neck-breaking ability can remain, but only if you're part of a faction. For example: there's a traitor in the family or someone who killed one of your family members. After a couple of minutes, if you don't want to shoot him, you can break his neck. I understand that the RP is set in the '89s, but I was thinking about the possibility of incorporating a parkour mod, like Wheatley's parkour or the improved one, into the server. This system could be used on special occasions, such as for deliveries. While some players can deliver items using trucks, others could speed things up by running across rooftops. Additionally, this feature could benefit criminals who need to escape from cops, detectives, and other players when they are being chased. However, I was unaware that there was a police officer inside the vehicle. My intention was solely to aim at the car, not to target the officer directly. I believe that distinction makes a significant difference.
