Since a new year is about to begin (2026) it has been two years since the server changed from 1988 to 1989. Now I don't know exactly when this server was released on gmod but I thought it would be very interesting to celebrate I would like to propose, a new mafia era. Here's many ideas i come up with: NEW MAP: First of all, since are the 90's, to be Historically accurate the map still kinda the same but it gets bigger, new buildings, new constructions etc. so to give a little more space in the map for exploring and of course for roleplaying; https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2925489145 NEW MODELS: New face models, so I might suggest something like Assassin's Creed, Half-Life 2, and Dead Rising. At least something new, instead of using the same models when you have to create a character. NEW OUTFITS/SHIRTS/PANTS ETC. I think the developers will have to look for this one, the only thing I can suggest is to create a command to raise the sleeves of a shirt or an outfit. NEW FACTIONS: Of course i couldn't missed the factions. These are all the factions I searched. Families: Patriatca Family; Black Mafia Family; Camorra; Russian Mafia; Capaci; Via D'amelio; Falcone. Streets Gang: Crips&Bloods; Asian Boyz; Rascal Gang; The Ghost Shadows; Public Enemy No.1; United Blood Nation. Triads: Wo Shing Wo; San Yee On; Wo Hop To. That's all I had to suggest. ii had gun, a glock-17 but i didnt use it cause it was 3v1 and there were other random people, passing by that i ask help and they kill me. yes i cold've exploded the car or shooting the muggers but if you read the PK guidelines, they give multiple orders to put my hands up but they kill me in 5 seconds

I thought it would be cool and much more "Mafioso", that in each crime family, street gang has an hitman who is sent by the Don and faction's superiors to kill the target, such as someone who has betrayed the agreements or someone from the enemy family or anyone who makes mistakes. But rightly the hitman must be given various information and must be sent ONLY FOR VALID REASONS.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: First of all, I was making money to pay the boss of the Gambino family when this guy came asking about Jesus Rossi, trying to find out if anyone knew him. I mentioned that I knew him, and then he wanted to talk to me in the apartments. Ultimately, he shot pk me. I’m still not sure why I got pked me, because a long time ago, I was trying to find Jesus Rossi to save him, not to harm him. It’s a long story. the better idea is bring back world corp in the exact place where it was before. Also Bring back le grande in china town so whoever works at the gunshop or golden dragon they can go to their aptarments like the other factions and that little place which i don't remember what is it at the club/disco aformake this new city a little large. oh and jsut put the rain time.

honestly, I was thinking of adding a new punching system, with the addition of blocking attacks from surely one of those white shirts, and adding kicks as well. Not only does this allow for a new way to defend yourself or fight, but kicks will also allow you to break down doors, like the cops who are criminal a criminal or finding a criminal inside his room. This allows the cops, detectives etc. to have a very realistic rp experience, similar to 80s/90s action movies. Also, everyone else can use kicks, but only for a good reason that has a motivation that makes sense. The fatality/glory kill should be removed because it's too powerful and you risk being killed repeatedly. However, the neck-breaking ability can remain, but only if you're part of a faction. For example: there's a traitor in the family or someone who killed one of your family members. After a couple of minutes, if you don't want to shoot him, you can break his neck.
