Your friend was in the road and got ran over, like I said in the sit it was HIS FAULT for being ran over, therefore you cannot act on it. Apologetic or not, your notes still count as POs, if it was truly a mistake then you wouldn’t have the note in the first place, the reason for a ban and not a note was because how recent it was, you clearly did not learn from that last sit to read up on the rules so that’s why it’s a ban.

Banning admin here, As I told you in the sit, there were 3 people on your side. Driver of the polish white car, guy who got "ran over" and you. A polish white car slammed a cop car with 2 civilians in it, it seemed on purpose and it was their fault for hitting the cop car and slamming your friend in between the two cars. This was all done in the road and was unintentional, but tldr: your friend caused your other friend to die, it was not the cop car driving by that killed him. You then hesitated and waited for the cop car to drive away to shoot them even though they stopped and waited to see your response. It was not VDM as it was not intentional, and was in a road, just unfortunate that your friend was standing in the middle of two cars, but also even more unfortunate that your OTHER friend, driving the polish car, all the sudden decided "hey lets ram this guy in between two cars". You said multiple times in the sit that it WASNT roleplay for two civilians to be driving a cop car, but yes it is, they stole it. Then now you're saying its roleplay to shoot them for your friend in the white car to be slamming him? No, I don't think so. Vigilante roleplay does not exist on this server, you are not a cop, it is not your business to be helping PD retrieve their stolen vehicle by killing two men driving it.

In the end, your PET flags were removed for the type of prop you placed at first, distance, location, etc... Yes you were not given any warnings about it (talking about the flags), but we as admins shouldn't have to. Especially if you have already received a recent note about it. Your attitude was generally not helping to resolve the situation either. Once you understand that props are meant to be used to enhance roleplay and not avoid or overrule, then sure I absolutely agree you should have your PET flags back.

PET Flag taking admin here (this is basically just an explanation from my side so the appeal is fair and decided properly). I first received a report about some flags blocking the alleyway. So I tracked down who it was, it was you. You were AFK and I tried talking to you and no response, I didn't PM and I agree that was my fault. . I then get another report about the same type of props in the area, but instead they were short poles.... When I figured it was you again, I tped you, and you almost instantly removed the props when I asked "whats up with the props in the alleyway again?". (Almost like you knew it was wrong) During the sit, you had brought up you put up those props because people were 'revving their cars'. This to me, I saw it as you were avoiding the confrontation roleplay by placing props down (PET flag abuse)... You then continued on to say 'other people are doing it', but yet, you didn't create a single report because you said, and I quote, word for word, "because im not a sissy crybaby". More points during the sit, you had said you have never had a note before, yet you had 3, one specifically for Prop abuse on June 13th. Less than 2 weeks ago, when I questioned you on why you simply respawned it, you had said you were placing dupes and just conveniently placed them again, yes I admit it was my fault for not pming you to not do it, but you continued on to say that it was 100% allowed because a Moderator (morty & byte (if im correct)) had said, less than 15 seconds before me pulling you that you were allowed to build there, but not prop block it to cars. I never once pulled rank on you or the moderators, but I had stated that just because one staff member said it 15 seconds before I brought you to the sit, does not mean my entire word is invalid. Ontop of that, what they said (yes I was there), was not even remotely close to "You are allowed to prop block this alley way". Genuinely, you talked yourself into getting your PET flags removed. I gave you time to calm down and have a civil conversation but you continued to yell over me and call me names, I was trying to give you a chance but you continued to lie and disrespect me. I forgot to mention, about the lying, you said you had done /me's for the "roleplay" of the parking poles. You said in real life, multiple people have put parking poles but they would be removed. But for this reply specifically, I already stated why this is and isn't allowed.

There is no real evidence of metagame. Looking into it, even if it was an accidental kill, the servers system requires it to be a member of your own faction (and it was) it would still be a valid PK purely because you were still set active from the dons orders. When investigating this, I also assumed it was a little odd considering the dates and times. I was told "8 months ago" you were transferred out and given full permission by the Don at the time. So I got to digging, my earlier replies were wrong, I re-checked logs and I think everyone included on this forum was a little confused by two different situations. As everyone knows, Weiss turned into Takashi. On the 22nd of April, 2024, you loaded a character that was in Pruz faction. 11:17PM On the 22nd of April, 2024, you were transfered, by Spaceium. at 11:46PM On the 24th of April, 2024, the orders were set. Logs for faction transfers go back 4 months, orders were set within 1 day, 2 hours, and 41 minutes of you leaving the faction. Which leads this to be a valid PK. Even after with DMing Spaceium, he said you were given orders by a Don, yet, the only proof he was able to provide, was by a Capo. Which means you did not have permission to leave. Spaceium also noted that he does not remember transferring you, yet the logs show otherwise and that right there, is the reason you were pked. Sorry once again for all of the confusion, I assumed all of this was one giant situation and one single log search that I did improperly made me believe it truly was a false pk. But after getting some different eyes on the situation, it is 100% valid.

Third person peaking and looking through walls is considered exploiting. Now if you clip you doing it, its a thousand times more obvious for staff to catch people.

PKing admin here. You were told why you were PKed and the entire situation because your link wasn't working. You were pked because you failed an attempt at a mugging, you put someone under fearrp and gave them the command of "hold still jew", that person retaliated and managed to kill you. This is called a classic failed mug. Now if you say you wearn't trying to mug him, you 1. Held a gun to his head. 2. Gave him a direct command and expected him to comply. 3. Had restraints in your inventory and a pistol only. (nothing else basically). If you want leniency on this, you should've read the rules. Including the PK guidelines.
