We’re not looking to be here short term, yes events might get bland at times but that’s why we’ll come up with new ones or rotate things out. So that's why we need to generate our own roleplay, without disturbing anyone else's or forcing them into it. Now for general roleplay, it’d be running businesses like fast food restaurants, games, entertainment, parties, and whatnot. All things related to clowns. Like we have been for the past few days. Provide examples or event ideas to promote activity within your faction and keep people interested. (Reference your unique RP from the question above): We’re not gonna be doing that lame ass ‘oh paintball, oh we’ll do dinners’ nah bruh FULL ON ROLEPLAY EVENTS!!! Circus Casino Night - Hosting a “Gambling Night”, all addicts around town will gather and play a multitude of gambling games from blackjack, roulette, rolling games, dice, death rolls, and maybe even some poker. Ringmaster’s Riddle Hunt - For either PD or any and all factions, we’ll be leaving notes or documents around the map that will lead to either some sort of prize or a kidnapped person. It will be a consensual event where for example “Faction A wants to play Ringmaster’s Riddle Hunt”, they offer someone to be kidnapped for the time being and need to follow the clues to retrieve said person. Dealing With Business - Possibly taking on hits or being hired as a protection service. It's not the best idea to hire a bunch of literal clowns to be a protection service, but everyone will know that we get shit done. Along with that, handling business can be more than just hitman services, it could be a generic term for “Clowns For Hire”, because they’re such lowlives, they’d be willing to do just about anything. Wanna have someone followed just to confirm that they’re turning schizophrenic? Sure, we’ll follow them around popping in and out of view just to make them feel uneasy. Clown Burger - We’ll have a burger shop which will be fast food, hiring people to work the grills and cash register, etc… It’ll lead to some amazing roleplay that isn’t just a regular Italian made restaurant with pizzas and whatnot, it'll be one of the first fast food spots (other than food trucks). Its constant laugh and giggles when you’re being served by an idiot who went to college just to be a clown right? Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): In the 1980s, Southside was just a small town and community. There were thriving universities and colleges. But at the time, it was all about crime. Among the citizens of Southside, there were a few oddballs who started a performance group to get away from the standard college education. They’d put on shows at the campus to the other students, the main coordinator was a fella called McGuff. Even in college, they would be surrounded by crime, it paid well so it was worth it, especially going through college everything was so expensive for these clowns just trying to live. After hearing from a friend about how much exactly crime had paid out, McGuff proposed the idea to the group of clowns after a long night of doing gigs. They were sick of birthday parties, and making a fool of themselves on stage, on purpose. McGuff heard from his friend there was a job going down in the next 2 days, it would be a massive drug deal and they needed lots of hands on deck to move the product. The clowns gathered the night before, and couldn’t figure out what to wear to mask their identities if anything went wrong during the deal, so they did what they do best, dressed up as clowns. They headed off to the deal in as few cars as possible so they wouldn’t expect anything to be off. Once they got to the deal, there were some questions thrown around, McGuff’s friend’s name was thrown around along the lines of “When he said there were some new hired, didn’t know they’d be literal clowns! EH!” The clowns took this as disrespect and thought it was the best opportunity to take their name to the streets. Sally was so chaotic and easily outraged, that when she pulled out her Colt M45, pointed it to her own head while screaming, and then out of nowhere, shot 2 of the dealers. That's when they returned fire, Sally was then killed right then and there on the spot by a man in White and Black. The rest of the clowns later that night, went home victorious but mourning their friend, Sally. They had so much product they didn’t know what to do with it, so they started asking around for connections. It was so dead for so long that they all went back to their original plan, acting as clowns for entertainment. During one of their birthday party gigs, they heard people talking about how they heard a shooting at a warehouse, and apparently, some clowns were involved, the problem with crime, is that word spreads fast. For the clowns, this wasn’t a problem but instead was an opportunity, after the gig, the clowns asked the old men who were talking about them how they heard. After hours of conversation, the old men eventually gave up that they were also in a crime family. Later that week, the clowns set up the deal with the old men, they met up with their sons of the family and traded all of the product, that's when they were introduced into the underground of Southside, and after that, it was all up and up. The clowns organized more, continued gigs, and recruited more members, it was an amazing front for laundering money. I’ve got some followers who have been helping me do this roleplay as clowns all around the map, not just causing chaos but entertaining and contributing to the fun of the server.

When joining a faction you received a prompt on your screen saying something along the lines of "Joining an illegal faction is extremely dangerous and can get your character killed at any time ... etc". They didn't specify to me in the sit what exactly the disrespect was. You broke faction rules, not server rules. I am not in the Colombo's therefore I do not know their rules. The PK is a consequence from roleplay actions where the don (boss) of the crime family, that you decided to join and vowed you life to, decided you could no longer be kept alive.

PKing admin here, You were pked out of the Colombo Crime Family with Don's Orders for the reason "disrespect and breaking family rules". These disrespect situations are almost never just one time, but instead multiple times or larger scale situations. (You were meant to be pked on death in the car with your friend Jake Newgold, but my adminstick wouldn't let me target you so I had to pk you when you respawned.)

Flag taking admin here, The officer in the clip reported you for abusing your PET flags, you admitted multiple times in the sit that you intentionally did it. Blamed it on your mouse's DPI settings but still admitted it was intentional. Banning admin here, based on the clip that was provided, someone was afk with no firearms out for a couple of minutes, he then tabs back in and you're shooting him dead. I checked your logs and listened to your story and nothing was lining up. You had stated that these people threatened you with guns while driving your car, yet you killed the only afk guy without a gun out. You were warned the 3rd of May for RDM, banned the 26th of April for Mass Mugging. I do agree the ban shouldn't be permanent (I wasn't the one who extended it), but you have had not one but two bans for things related to "Mass", Mass Mugging, and Mass RDM. In the ban notes this is word for word what I had mentioned. Which is the takeaway I got from the entire sit and situation.

Banning Admin here, I'll be honest, I forgot to put NITRP and Lying to Staff on the ban reason. Your name is "earl smithfart", and in the sit you were generally just being a minge. In the clip you said that it was your friend and it was crossfire, YET, it wasn't a 1 shot to the head or anything like that, you had to of been actively aiming at the guy in the car and continued shooting him. This proved that it was fully your intention to kill this guy in the car at random. I will admit, the first one in your logs (Chief Sosa) did seem like a justified killing just by the logs, because he was punching you, you then killed him, but the 2nd one "Xodiyak" says there was no combat between you two, and you just killed him while he was AFK. TLDR: It wasn't crossfire, it was with full intention, you have No Intent To Roleplay and were directly lying to me, the staff member in the sit.

"higher ups there i used to work with and I used my mic around him and knew i was dead" You wouldn't of been pked if we didnt find a reason in character, but you instantly assumed that the second someone heard your voice, you'd be pked? That is not a valid pk reason. "i honestly wanted to keep my char alive" If you wanted to keep your character alive, don't metagame and I wanna say you're overthinking, but you're not, its just blatant metagame by using OOC information in character. You make a character with the full purpose of snitching. You've done this before, and did it again. You lied to UA by saying you joined a "week and a half ago" yet we have logs for recruitment. You joined 5 days ago. You lied to UA by saying you snitched "yesterday" yet not only Canadian-Bacon, but myself, when I was taking pictures of you, were snitching 2 days ago. These are both important times that you should remember. The whole problem stems from you snitching to cops with zero reason. You snitched on Altoviti before anyone knew who you were and told them "they were going to kill me", yet not a single person knew who you were, so you knew, 100%, you were going to die randomly? Yet no one had a reason to do anything. You died because you were caught, snitching on something that didn't even exist yet and probably wouldn't of ever existed if you weren't so stupid. TLDR: You made this character with full intent JUST to screw over a faction that you were blacklisted from, had zero reason to snitch and had zero reason to suspect that you were going to die, because no one knew about you nor did we care until you brought it upon yourself using OOC information, in character. I agree with Monaclu, blacklists are stupid, but when you do stuff like this? Yes, absolutely you should never be allowed in a faction again.

In the sit, and in the appeal, you talk about power gaming yet talked about your friend being a rule junkie. (Don't mean it offensively, just that he should know the rules too) This rule here, clearly states that you as the muggers need to bring your own equipment to continue a mugging to retrieve the belongings. I explained to your during the sit that the reason it is not power gaming, is because of game mechanics. Mugging is a serious thing in the server and has many consequences. You and your friend, not only did not have any restraints, but did not figure out game mechanics before trying it. Banning staff here, you were pked after some all-day long mingery of cop baiting on a character called "Ling Long Richard" You then make a character called "Jing Jong Richard", I give you a name change prompt, and you change it to "Ping Pong Richard", you were playing stupid and you know better with your extensive amounts of PO's.

They were punching you to death, and you spawned a prop, killing both of you. You escaped the scenario, I'm not assuming anything, simply reading the words you put down.

Staff member here who took your flags. In your appeal you directly admit why you shouldn't have them in the first place. Using props to kill yourself is prop abuse. Just unlucky that you killed someone else with it too. Not only do you say you wanted to kill yourself, but you do it because you were "already dying" directly proving that you were using your PET flags as an escape to a scenario.
