A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. I was removed from the Penitentiary today after a police officer forgot to complete the processing of my criminal complaint. When the staff removed me from the faction, I spawned at Town Hall with no visible issues or bugs. However, when I logged back into the character, I was restrained. You can drink like 10-5 beers or bottles of wine before get the blurry screen (fermented beverage). The same doesn't happen when you drink like Vodka, Whisky or other heavy drinks (destilled beverage). For example: If you drink one cup of whisky you will not get the same level of blurriness as if you drink a full bottle of whisky (five cups). Drinking a Irish Coffee or a Brown & Sons Bourbon bottle is asking to get dizzy. You can drink like ten Coors Light cans or Bud Light cans without any visual consequence.

When you pick up a dead body, your speed decreases. I think the same should happen when you pick up someone who is unconscious. The minges are going to hate this suggestion.

I got no conclusion on why M is concealed.

The LSD/M barrels remained blue for about three days after the previous map change (two map changes ago). That made me wonder... Why couldn't the barrels remain blue? Only got one possible conclusion... Maybe it was because LSD it's the first racket drug, and since they're already at a disadvantage compared to the other factions, perhaps having their drug concealed would make their lives easier at the begining.

You did a great job fixing the recent bug in the Media Player Access. Credit must be given. I’d like to suggest adding a working Skip button and Pause function to the Media Player as well. Those features would really improve the overall experience.

Go ahead fellows show your ideas for the Racket Events. Idea #1: King of the Hill 3 Determinated Spot will change from 20 to 30 minutes (warning of the next location). The Faction with more members in the Determinated Spot will get 2 point per 2 minutes in the place. Other factions with member in the Determinated Spot will get 1 point per 2 minutes in the place. If only 1 Faction touch the Determinated Spot that faction gets extra 5 points. RDM still not permited so you can't kill someone just because he is on the Determinated Spot but you can ask him to stay away or leave the Spot and if the person don't obey you can kill them. Idea #2: High-Stakes 2 Airdrops packages will fall on the roof tops from 30 to 45 minutes. The objective is pick-up the packages and take them to the Barge. All the factions know when the Airdrops fall so there is two possible approaches take the Packages by yourself and take them to the Barge or wait for the Package Carrier to show up kill him and secure the Package for yourself. There is no insta-delivery like the packages event you need to be inside the Empty Barge Container for 30 secs with the Airdrop package. RDM still not permited so you can't kill someone just because he is on the Barge but you can ask him to stay away or leave the Barge and if the person don't obey you can kill them. The package carrier can be killed anytime without a warning. Idea #3: Warzone 1 Warzone will be change from 30 to 45 minutes (warning of the next location). Warzones are in big scale for example Chinatown or Little Italy. The objective is kill and thats it. Fighters get 1 point for each other faction member (Criminal) that they kill (Both need to be inside the Warzone). Is forbiden to kill Civilian Faction members or Civilians that are in the zone just because they are inside the Warzone. You need to know distinguish a Civilian from a Mobster. RDM still not permited agains't Civilians but you can ask them to stay away or leave the designated Warzone and if they don't obey you can kill them.
