Hello! I PKd you because you ran over a cop, and killed him, before being killed by another cop. In the clip you provided in the sit, you can quite literally hear the cop open fire on your car and kill you at 9 seconds in. The reason it shows your ID in the clip is because when the cop opened fire on your vehicle, he caused it to explode, making the system believe you killed yourself. However, that was not the case, as logs display the cop doing 20 damage to you at the exact same time you blew up. You stare at him on the ground for a good solid 2 seconds, before reversing over him. Just because someone else is breaking the rules, does not exempt you from any consequences during your attempt to be a vigilante. I asked another member of UA if they agree that this is a valid PK, and they also agreed with me. I see your intentions and understand where you're coming from, however the right thing to do was to call staff. I checked your combat logs, and saw that the cop had shot and killed you (also identifiable by the glock shooting in the background as your car blows up). It's impossible for me to believe that you didn't see the cop as he was literally a foot away from you, which is the ultimate reason I PKd you.

To put things short and simple, you shot a cop, and died within the window of being PK active. The staff member did their due diligence by verifying the officer's claim, and found out that the both of you died. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK.

what do you mean you didn't item transfer? i watched you drop items from one character, swap, and get on another. that is quite literally textbook item transfer, as well as metagame.

hello! i banned you due to you blatantly acting on OOC information in a medal clip that was unfortunately deleted. your friend, who is now permanently banned stated something along the lines of "help! there's two cops in here they're gonna get my gun!". you then walked into the area he was arrested, and immediately sprayed down those two cops. pretty blatant metagame if you ask me! the NITRP was added due to multiple complaints of you cop baiting.

waste of time imo, this could be done simply by the patrol captain increasing the requirements to be a supervisor

you aren't owed anything, those reviewing the PK appeal can simply search the date of the orders being written, and then the date of you leaving the faction

it is my belief that leaving you alive with the knowledge you know on that character is a risk to the faction given your past behavior, your lack to uphold your oath as a soldier, and failure to sufficiently complete the duties handed to you. the orders were written months ago, just were never carried out until now

you didn't pay your kickups during this time, as you admit here. you shouldn't go into a position knowing you have a conflicting schedule, and are unable to meet the requirements of your position

hello, i wrote the orders for your character. when you were capo, you actually were required to pay kickups, just in the form of bringing the kickups of your crew in, and then kicking them up to high command. there were multiple instances of you failing to meet what was required of you, and you were spoken to about it. you then retired from capo, and went to enforcer. there were quite a large amount of discussions involving enforcers paying kickups, and you were well aware of this. this whole metagame allegation is wild, and whoever decides to handle this PK will see that the orders were not metagamed, and written well within the allotted timeframe.

Hello! I was the administrator that oversaw your PK, you were advertising that you were selling meth, therefore bringing heat to your faction. They didn't kill you for nothing, they had a valid reason to do so.

Hello, I took your flags because you were carrying people around in the sky with your physgun, and when I told you it was wrong, you doubled down. That's why I took your flags, because you showed no real respect for the rules. Seems to me like you're apologizing because you lost them, not because you recognize your wrong doing.

Difference between you and the other person is that you have multiple warnings, one of them being you spawning a box to process drugs in the open.

Hello, I removed your flags because you flung a dudes car in the middle of car dealer with multiple other players around. There's no "commission bias" here, I had no idea the faction you were in until I pulled you. I also have no problem reinstating your flags, given the fact you straighten up.
