martin rgigs is a interesting case cause he was lucchese made. Burns is just unbiased but he never really goes outside of pd i think there should be a cap on cops like maybe 10 and inactivity kick the ones that just sit in pd all day. With 10 cops you still gotta watch out for what your doing but like you can still do stuff without being raided by 40% of the server if you shoot one bullet

I'm basically saying that simple violence like ex. someone punching you, shouldn't instantly result in you whipping out an Ak-47, and spraying them down on the sidewalk it should result in a brawl and firearms should only be used in serious situations like your getting robbed, you gotta kill someone, shooting up places, etc.

just being realistic my man, i roleplay when the time calls for it / scenario but kinda hard when 90% of the time its just people running around aimlessly. no need to get salty. cars are out for at most 5-6 minutes everytime they are pulled out unless someone is actively driving cause they just despawn, if there's a debuff for driving to long that makes car dirty people will just respawn it, people wouldn't really clean. Most civs just get hired / recruited to a faction or stay civ because they minge on it. This isn't a already existing addon, and it would require two different systems to make it's not really useful in any way, nor beneficial and it most likely just wont get added.

i punched no cop idk what yall talking bout, i shot him cause it was going to be a felony for dangerous conduct with a weapon if he was going to arrest me for that, if he was going to arrest me for tresspassing its a invalid arrest and against rules because it should've been a warning
