Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Was being arrested, someone who had my F3 came and tried to save me; they engaged cop in a shoot out and in the process I got hit by him and hospitalised. Was being dragged by cop, so was pulled into line of fire - guy shooting states he had the common lag/freeze spike when pulling out a gun and shooting. So during this altercation got killed, pulled into a sit and PKd with the other guy and cop there. Boom did ask if the cop wanna PK me and cop said he didnt and I caught the chops. 

For the record, didnt ask the guy to kill me as I know that typically leads to PK, think the poor guy had quite the unfortunate lag/aim issue that caused this to happened. I couldnt move out of the way :')

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I got a clip - could the staff member that's reviewing it DM me and i'll send it to them thank youu

Hi. Human Genome Project has no relevence to Forensic DNA Analysis; though its advancements and mapping allowed research progression of more improved tools and techniques for DNA analysis that was used in forensic DNA. The first use of Forensic DNA used to convict in the USA was in 1987.

Around 1988 FBI started adopting and looking into Forensic DNA. Wasnt until like 1993-4 DNA Identification act came out 

Sure Forensic DNA wasnt as sensitive as it is now, but it was still a useful tool. But whilst I agree it is 1990 and being too heavily reliant on DNA is too early; it is still a tool useful to have that can supplement a case for both prosecution and defence; it isn't end all be all.

Finding IC evidence will be really difficult, as they happen randomly to people who are usually alone, pulling out a camera during a mug isnt it and if people are nearby then you cant mug a person. The only thing that really ties someone to a mugging is if they take a specific item from them (typically clothes) that they are known for only wearing and they try sell it and get caught with it with poor excuses for why they have em. But yes i agree.

It may make sense to extend mugging to, instead of 15 minutes cooldown, to something more like maybe hours long or, heck, maybe a day even. But to negate the fact someone can 'be offline for the duration of this timer', what if we impliment that **once someone is mugged and a timer has officially started, the timer only consumes time via playtime (i.e the mugger has to be online for the timer to go down)**

So if it's like 6 hours, they need 6 hours of playtime to avoid the mugging.

But when it comes to being PKd, then perhaps they can only be PKd by someone they mugged only (to negate being PK'd if they were killed by someone else during that time).

This would definitely make mugging more difficult in the long run for muggers as they would have a longer cooldown which they must be online to serve.

This has happened with you a few times before, not as staff but in role-play I’ve personally seen you do things out of the ordinary because you were fucked up drunk. Making irate/heated decisions due to being tipsy.
