What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was PK'd while wearing a full blacked out outfit with bits of my face model showing, I had no description either. I was confused on how they had PK'd me since I was masked and wearing a whole new outfit since I had last talked to them or anybody who knew me. I was told It was because I had the same pins, but I put my pins in my ATM before I was pked, and changed my whole outfit. The only thing that was the same was the face model and the hair sticking out of hats. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: - Yes, I sped it up so who ever looks at it doesn't have to look at the unnecessary things and no I didn't go in just to speed it up and edit it. When Yugi tped to me It was broken as I messed it up and was trying to fix the angle, so it was on much more of a ramp angle. He PM'd me and told me to remove it and so I did. Then as I was mad I said "cry about it" in PM's and he decided now blacklist me. I think it should be returned as I was actually trying to RP, I was making a roadwork save and was going to add bollards and speed bumps (I would have went into the build server, but the build server makes it so I can spawn things in that aren't in the main server and a notification pops up saying "You cant spawn this in the main server" which is very annoying so I build in the main server where I can just spawn it in or not spawn it in.) It wasn't a massive ramp or anything like that, It was a tiny ramp at the time which I was adding a platform to the other side for a angle down to lean on. Yes I have priors for PET Flag abuse, but its not like I was annoying anybody or ruining immersion or harming anybody's RP, I was just building a speed bump.

As I said, I didn't have a reason as I didn't know left clicking on him with my fists out would kill him, and there was no throwing, I simply tapped my mouse twice while looking at him and his body randomly spazzed out and died. A small accident which has caused my pk and blacklist

Hi DutchCat, I was being apologetic because I literally didn't know I would have my donator permissions removed. I am sorry and I didn't know that there was somebody in the car and I would have effectd their RP. I know it was wrong and hence I was apologetic, And I did not say that it "I'm not reading all the rules to much yap" I said it was too overcomplicated, and you told me I can use ctrl+f to search for certain rules in the rules. I was not aware of the consequences and now my. As I said in the original appeal I am extremely sorry and It will not happen again.

I wasn't fully aware of the rules following PET Flags. I had 2 other notes before this, One was I was camping like I was and after like 20 minutes of it a person working Little Israel decided I cant camp in the parking lot and argued with me, staff told me to stop so I walked away and the person literally followed me away for 10 minutes so I went back but still of their property and on Guerinis and places a sleeping bag on the floor. The second time, I was trying to put my taxi into a boxcar and I did but my friend drove it out and away to PD lobby stairs where it got stuck, I was using a prop to slowly retrieve it when I was frozen and given a note. I was just angry the first note and the second I was trying to fix my car being stuck. I completely admit to the newest one which gave me my removal and am extremely sorry. I have read over all the PET Flag rules and know not to do this again, I will be much more careful with permissions like that from now on, I believe the reason for return is because I am very sorry about it and I have read over all rules and know not to do it again, I will not do it again.
