We will be reversing it this time due to how long ago it was. In the future, I highly suggest your faction either finishes the hit if they choose to set someone active while they're offline or make certain the person is no longer active. Hello! So, while you may find it unfair you agree to a prompt on your screen when joining any criminal faction. This prompt warns you that they may kill you if they ever see fit and in this case, they warned you for your actions. You continued those said actions, even being caught in the middle of it as the PK'ing staff was setting you active. Due to your actions and choices, they practiced their right to kill you. I'm sorry for the loss of your character but I hope you take this opportunity to learn to follow orders from your high ranking leaders in your future endeavors on another character! Hello there! After reviewing your ban with fellow staff, we have deemed it to be RDM. While you may have thought he was breaking NLR by simply returning to the area, that is not accurate. He did not attempt to engage in RP with you again or brought up your previous encounter. He was simply in the area to retrieve his friend and you engaged with him again. Even then, if he was breaking NLR, it is a common misconception that you can just shoot people breaking NLR. This is in reality not true. Hi, PKing admin here! So let us break this down piece by piece. First, as you claimed in the sit and now here, you think NLR was broken. When you told me this during the sit, I investigated who had called the police. The person who had called the police was not in the townhouse at any point with you. They were one of the many bystanders you had outside of the house at the beginning of your conflict where you RDMd two people. They called the police with the exact phrasing being "/911 break in at TH1" and was placed just outside of the house, in the street between the lucky lady and the shop on the corner. (4604.403809,9168.859375,139.273941) This person was not anyone in the house that you killed, and they were even originally calling for the person who was noted from prop surfing trying to get into your bathroom window. Once the person was in the bathroom window, they opened fire on cops who were trying to detain them for breaking in. Now this is what leads into the interaction that led to your PK. The officer who PK'd you was the officer shot at. Whether the guy in the bathroom was with you or not, this was never confirmed, it gave the officer every right to enter the house. When he did, you and your partners all opened fire on the officer starting the VCWP. You and one other eventually lost the gunfight. Your third killed the officer and escaped the scene. When reviewing the clip again, there is no clipping, there is very fluid tracking with the laser and tracers appear to be following the path they're supposed to be. I understand wanting to make every argue you can to save your character, but there is no proof of hacking to be found here. So, due the fact there was no foul play in the 911 call, others had every right to enter the property, and there is no signs of hacking, you were PK'd for starting a VCWP.

Hello! So, first let me be sure to clarify something again. We do not and will not support vigilante RP. We have stated this many times but, again, vigilante RP is not a thing. You can’t sit on a roof and punish those you see fit. You can’t assist cops in PKing people fleeing from them. You’re not Batman, you’re a criminal. Second, while you may argue you didn’t know the cop was in there, that doesn’t matter. You actively chose to target and shoot a marked police car. When you did that and you hit an officer, you began the violent confrontation with police. Which ended in your death as officers on the other side of the street clearly saw you and quickly dispatched you. I wish you the best in your endeavors on future characters, but I highly suggest you stop the vigilante RP before it becomes a larger issue. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. Hello! I have reached out to your previous HC for more context to your orders. They were able to provide me with evidence of you having a repeated behavior that was unfavorable to their faction and reasonable suspicion of you doing it even when they weren't there to see you. They had also received reports from allies of you being an issue for them. Because of these two reasons they saw it fit to have you eliminated. And while you may not be a fan of the practice, they do not need to go and post their evidence / suspicions publicly just the reasons they saw fought to have you killed. For these reasons your character will be remaining PKd. Now, the reports of metagame. While we appreciate you coming forth to say it, we do not appreciate you waiting till you have a reason to act maliciously about it to report it. We have seen many times before where players wish to report it only after they are on their way out the door or once it stops benefitting them. If it was truly a concern of yours, you would have made staff tickets for the potential instances of metagame when they happened. We thank you for reporting it, but not the reasons you did report it. Hi there! It was actually I who had taken your PET flags. While the offense did seem minor at the time, it was because of your prior notes and warnings that they were taken. At the time of me taking them you already had three POs for pet flag abuse. It has been some time though and I am more than willing to give my recommendation to the reviewing staff that they are returned to you. Of course, on the condition that you do not continue to abuse them or use them to assist you in FailRP.

As Falcon touched on, when you join a criminal faction there is a prompt telling you the dangers of joining one. You accepted those terms to join their faction. You then repeatedly broke their faction rules even after warned not to. It lead to the factions HC deeming it was time for your death. In the future I recommend you read the warning you are given or follow the rules of whichever faction you join. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. Hi, there! Yes, I am the staff member that took your PET flags. In this case I took them as a last straw situation. I have had multiple encounters with you where you are building something in the wrong location, or building moving contraptions or dupes that you have been told are not allowed. You have open countless tickets trying to get many of these contraptions approved. One even has! This time, and the last three times I have had to tell you no moving builds were not approved. Your flags have already been removed prior. You were granted them back on a second chance. Since then, you have had received multiple warnings from myself and other staff and yet you still continued to do it. I appreciate your skill at building, I just wish you had put it towards ways that are allowed or that you have made the effort in the past to get approved.

Hi, PKing admin here! You were PKd for putting someone under FearRP then being killed by them. I was originally waiting for you to update your appeal to the proper format but I will still reply while we wait. Here is the clip of the encounter that was provided to me. He walks up to you, no weapon out or damaging you in any way. You then proceed to go after him after he's left and even tell your friend "Get that guy!" You then follow him around the corner with your weapon out, off safety. Once around the corner, you again aim your weapon at them and give them an order to get into the alley. This is where you initiated FearRP and triggered your PK active status.. After this, they head into the alley, pull their weapon out and kill you. While you may argue you did not know the rules around it, ignorance does not grant you immunity to PKs. All information pertaining to PKs can found here.

As Ace explained you were in fact killed by the officer and not a random citizen or uninvolved criminal character. Even if you had, this PK would still stand as after you killed the first officer, you are PK active for 15 minutes per the PK guidelines. This is to avoid your friend or some random trying to help just killing you while you're active to cops to have you avoid an arrest or PK from the officer. There is no evidence that we could find of the OOC in IC claims you made either. Even then, OOC terms by officers referring to PKs does not immediately disqualify them. The context heavily matters. In the future, do not take gunfights with officers or be sure you can win them to avoid characters dying in the future. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. Hi! Banning admin here. I received multiple reports of a player breaking NLR. When bringing all three ticket makers to a sit, they had reported you had come back to the area of their business and repeatedly were interacting with them after they had told you to leave and even killed you. They could not provide a clip so I had to check your logs to piece together where you were. For context all of these logs are in this exact zone, which can be confirmed by reviewing staff as well. The first interaction in your logs that was with in the timeframe of potential NLR breaks was here (4533.431152,5465.463867,-55.968750), your first death. With your first combat interaction with the same group on a new life soon after here (5300.614258,5540.248535,-45.587456). This then lead to your second death here (4945.826660,4292.528320,-63.968750). Yes, it is right at the 15 minute mark so generally I would allow some grace; however, you have two previous notes in the past month for the exact same offenses. Both NLR and NITRP. This explains the NLR. Now, the NITRP. For this, I pulled your chat logs seeing if you were speaking in voice or over text. And sure enough, you are a typer. Sorry, and this will be embarrassing on a public forum for all to see, but here are your chat logs. So, to confirm you were still interacting with them, I pulled a log from around the times of your two deaths. That log is here (4149.584473,5273.385742,-23.968750) and can also be confirmed by positional logs. Again, reinforcing your NLR rule break, but also look through those logs. That's not RP, definitely not serious RP. You have a history of being a minge and all of these logs confirmed that for me. While it may be your first ban, you have two POs for the exact same situation. Which means you have on two other separate instances been told this behavior is not welcome and not appreciated. I hope you take this time to reflect on your choices and learn to respect this community before returning to play with us again.

Please take this time to review the killing rules and idle vs active threat rules. In this situation, while yes he did pull his gun out it was clearly an accident. He turns away, safeties his weapon, then turns back. He was never an active threat so you shooting him is RDM. Also, in the future do not edit your clip after posting it to attempt to hide your attempted and failed MRDM. It shows signs of a bad faith appeal and in no way helps your case. As Toast already spoke on this was a Don's Orders PK. So the question comes down to the validity of the orders and why they were given. So the first claim, speaking of the faction in government tickets which are IC unless stated otherwise. You did mention the faction in your firearms ticket and then edited your message after you were helped by a member of HC which is how they knew about it, so, valid. The second reason was also you speaking in a way against the rules of your faction in another IC channel. Discord can be used as IC evidence depending on where you are speaking. Mangos has already discussed the rules around violence with cops that can result in PKs. For your situation, whether it was a false arrest or not is generally handled IC via court hearings or IA reports. If it was powergame it would be a staff issue and the proper response would be to make a ticket, not attempt to RDM the officer for a misdemeanor arrest. When you join a faction you accept a prompt telling you that you may be killed at anytime if the leader of said faction sees fit. In this situation, while the blacklist is not a valid reason for the orders, you breaking their rules of using their racket is a valid reason. After investigating, the don of Kosher did have valid reasons to put orders on your head. The items you were banned for transferring, were items found to have belonged to mugged allies. While your jew character may not have directly done the mugging, you wearing the items gave them enough reasonable doubt IC to have you killed for it. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. While yes you were frozen by staff, after investigating it was proven that no it was not abuse and that it had zero influence on the outcome of this situation. The freezing was completely unrelated to your actual death. Now with your death, while the car did hit you, it was also clear it was not intentional and they did still wait for you to get up before shooting you. Again though, them hitting you with their car had no influence on how the kill unfolded, would have had the same outcome. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. From the staff side I can confirm it was approved by UA for them to put the orders on you. This is not a reply for your appeal decision just to clarify for you. There were several witnesses that had seen you record it, you were proven IC to be a CI, and you were also caught handing over the video that multiple witnesses watched you record hand it over to police. Under PK guidelines, one of the few exceptions for a faction to get orders on someone outside of the faction is when they can credibly prove the outside party is a snitch acting against them.

Hi, banning admin here! Yes, you were banned for one for VDM a PO of RDM. They fall under the same category so they are counted together. In your own clip, and supported by combat logs, he never shoots you. In logs he never once hit anything, and the reason why? In your clip you clearly see he is shooting straight up in the sky. You then run over him, and then continue running over him until he dies. A clip was viewed and logs were reviewed, the clip is here actually if you care to watch it here.

While you may argue to not have known the rules around mugging and raiding, ignorance is not an excuse on this server. With this in mind, you have admitted to all of the things your character was PK'd for. The weapon shipments were used as both a means for item transferring and arguably character abuse. You then got on a character, this Lucien Dupont character, and used it for the sole purpose of going only for muggings and raiding. On top of the character being used solely for these reasons, you did it while still on cooldown multiple times even more so with the aid of your friend. In the future, I highly recommend you read the rules around valid character RP, mugging, and raiding. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied.
