Hello, PKing Admin here. The TM created a ticket for you to be set active. The reasons specified in the order were that you were being a “hot head” and drawing unnecessary attention to the family. In the screenshots above, it can be seen that an argument broke out between you and your faction members over your comment regarding Francesca’s PK. While your comment on this sensitive situation may have caused backlash against you, the situation escalated further afterward. Regardless, you may be PK’d by your faction leader at any time and for many reasons as stated in the PK Guidelines. By joining this faction and involving yourself with the faction’s racket, you accepted the risks that make this type of PK possible. You were provided with this prompt when you were joining the faction, this was for you to read and to understand the risks of being in the "Mafia". Furthermore, I've provided a quote from the PK Guidelines below: ■ Bringing 'Heat' to the faction As a result of their reckless action or arrests they bring attention or heat to the group and are therefore too much of a risk to keep around. Things that constitute bringing heat: Caused an investigation Caused a search/seizure/warrant to be issued and executed Caused a fellow faction member(s) to be implicated or arrested Provided information or testimony which harmed the faction (Snitching) Being constantly arrested on or around faction property/members; drawing attention from erratic behavior "You may be asked to provide proof of any claims. However a Don/Boss is able to order his subordinates to be killed without much oversight." Best of luck with your appeal.

Hello, PKing admin here. You were PKed for dying whilst under FearRP, not failmug (apologies for incorrectly stating the reason as failmug in the sit). The TM saw you unarmed right as you were exiting the LAV apartments. He pulled out his weapon and put you under FearRP, clearly stating that you were being mugged by saying "Hands up", "Come over here", and "Come back". You proceeded to run towards the docks whilst still under FearRP and, as a result, you were killed. If you had fought back, pulled out your weapon, and killed the TM during this entire encounter, even when you went into the bushes to hide, he would've been PKed. The only second thought I had was regarding witnesses. If there were more than 3 at any given time, but when re-watching the clip it can be seen that the pink car drives off before 2 members of another faction come to observe the situation, making it no more than 2 witnesses at a time. The fact that he killed you in front of an NPC also does not change anything, as the mugging was initiated at LAV. If this were considered a failmug, people could easily run to the PD or in front of an ATM whilst fleeing from an active FearRP scenario. I've listed a section from the rules that is relevant to this exact situation: While under FearRP, it's recommended you oblige by the commands of your captor. If you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed, that would display a disregard for your own safety, a calculated risk you took which failed, resulting in your PK. This means it is NOT a rule violation to break FearRP, but if you are killed while breaking it, there is a possible IC consequence of being PKed. Best of luck with your appeal.

Sorry, it seems like I slipped in the team, good catch though...

+1 Over the past two months of knowing Andy, I’ve seen a genuine change in the way he carries himself. When I first met him, he sometimes let emotions affect how he handled situations, especially during tense moments. But as time has gone on, I’ve noticed him become much more mature and able to separate personal feelings from roleplay and server situations. Instead of reacting emotionally, he now takes a step back, thinks things through, and handles issues in a far more professional way. Everyone makes mistakes, especially in a community they care deeply about, but what matters most is whether someone learns from them. From what I’ve personally seen, Akira has done exactly that. He’s remained active, committed to the server, and continues to show genuine passion for both roleplay and the community. Because of the progress he has made over these past two months, I truly believe he deserves a second chance and should be seriously considered onto the team. Best of luck in your application.

Hello, I’m the staff member who issued your punishment. As I explained when I initially pulled you into the sit, you had someone actively chasing you with the apparent intention of mugging you. You first climbed a fence in the ghetto area, then attempted to scale a boarded-off fence. After realizing it couldn’t be climbed, you then attempted to prop jump over it. When I moved you into a sit, your response was that “others were doing the same.” At that point, I gave you two options: either a 1 day ban, or the removal of your PET flags, since you used them to escape an active RP scenario. You chose the ban. Best of luck with your appeal.

Why was I not included Edit: I just realized I was and got 3 votes, I didn't even go that far assuming I had ATLEAST 20 votes, no more GMT+3 ticket taking admin for you

Let's make a faction so other factions can give orders to members of our faction to PK their own members because they are too scared/too incapable of doing so themselves. Minus one.

+1, appeal seems geniune. Ban was very long ago. I would love to see this player back on.

Hello, General Rule 1 (use common sense, if something seems wrong, don’t do it.) Do not attempt to loophole or bypass the spirit of the rules. Best of luck in your appeal.

Please check my response below.

Hello, To clarify, any reactions left on the appeal, regardless of who leaves them, will not affect the outcome. Yes, I did copy and paste parts of the response, as both of you were PKed for cooperating in the same operation. I will not be responding further to either your appeal or your friend’s appeal. My only suggestion moving forward is to stop relying on ChatGPT if you genuinely care about getting your character unbanned. Phrases like "due to a lack of active buyers over several days…" clearly show you didn’t properly review what you were submitting, as that has nothing to do with selling drugs to a vendor. This also makes it seem like you copied and pasted the appeal without reading over it first.

Hello, PKing admin here! I began this investigation after another staff member alerted me through staff chat that they may have witnessed a rule violation. After thoroughly reviewing the logs, I confirmed that you and your accomplice processed your own faction’s racket and placed the drugs into the trunk of a vehicle. Your friend then switched to a civilian character in order to sell those drugs to the vendor, and afterward transferred the full amount of money back to you. This is a direct violation of Character Rule 7, which states: "Likewise, you may not transfer money or items between any of your characters in any way. Nor are you allowed to act as the middleman for someone else's item or money transfer. Transferring items or money between two of your characters is not permitted under any circumstance." As both of your friend’s characters were directly involved in this transfer, both were issued a PK. Your other character was not involved in this incident and therefore was not PKed. In addition, both you and your friend were banned from the server for a duration of 5 days. Best of luck with your character appeal.

Hello, so both Richie "Fat Pussy" Luciano and your accomplice processed Heroin, Richie "Fat Pussy" Luciano went on to deposit the processed Heroin to a bank account, better luck next time.

Hello, PKing admin here! To clarify, you were PKed for LTARP during a raid. Based on the evidence provided, the TM can be seen entering his room at the Imperial. As soon as he enters, you can briefly be seen in the room before immediately switching characters. I had already considered the possibility that you may have logged out during a planned deal, so I asked the TM whether any deal was taking place that day. He confirmed that there was not. In your appeal, you also admit that after taking product from the processor, you switched characters. Regardless of your intent, once you become involved in an active roleplay situation and then switch characters to avoid that interaction, that falls under LTARP. I also found it incredibly hard to believe that you accidently pressed "Collect" on the processor, clicked E on the shipment and clicked "Take" 10 times on Cocaine. Additionally, after switching characters, you continued switching back and forth, eventually leaving the room, selling the Cocaine to a vendor, and purchasing additional products from other vendors, which further supports that this was not simply an accidental pickup followed by switching characters. Best of luck with your character appeal.

Hello, your favorite Turk here (English IS my primary language). Yesterday, I logged onto my favorite Garry's Mod server, Diverge Networks. As I was busy admiring the fabolous graphics of the loading screen, my newly acquired girlfriend texted me asking if I was alive and why I hadn’t responded for the past 3 hours. I told her I had been playing Clash Royale (I HATE incremental games). After replying, I looked back at my screen, only to be greeted by absolute horror. Where the fuck is my 1-of-5 East End Elegance suit on my Wright? And more importantly... where the fuck is my Sanzensekai suit on my Taka?! I genuinely thought I was about to have a cardiac event. I strongly suggest our beloved developer makes equipped outfits actually show up on the character selection screen—because I shouldn’t have to experience emotional trauma every time I log in wondering if my drip got wiped.

Sorry, what did you like again? I couldn't catch it.

I'm sorry but I think shooting at a big crowd without reason is considered MRDM.

I've just rewatched the evidence, the TM's weapon remained on safety until the moment Trumader drew his firearm, which does not indicate a proportional escalation. At the time, you were 2 (appearently 3) individuals actively attempting to flee the scene of a robbery. Under these circumstances, you were considered PK-Active to members of that faction.
-
Hello, PKing admin here! First of all, yes, you were PKed because of a failed raid. In the evidence provided to me, it can be seen that a member of an organization is in distress and is requesting assistance over the radio frequency, claiming that his room is being lockpicked. Once the TM arrives to the ghetto, you and your accomplice can be seen masked up, running out from another room towards the fence next to the weed NPC. The TM shouts at you and pursues you to the fence, at which point your accomplice pulls out a gun on the TM and dies. You kill the TM, and another faction member kills you. I personally had second thoughts before going forward with the PK, but given the circumstances and after receiving a second opinion from a fellow staff member, two masked people exiting a room and fleeing only seconds after lockpicking was heard was considered considerable evidence. You being two people also matched the description of the person inside the room who said, “2 people are trying to break into my room” (it’s not hard to differentiate footsteps, especially on wood) over the radio. If this itself wasn’t concrete evidence that you were perpetrating something, your friend pulling a gun on the TM confirmed that you indeed were. As it is stated in the Robbery Rules: “If you are killed during the robbery/raid, it will result in a PK.” Best of luck on your character appeal.

I would like to point out that I joined Takahashi-Kai after this PK, and I have not stated any opinions on the matter. If I would've been biased, it would have been towards you in this case as I opted to refund you your weapon due to you being "afk" on their property. No matter in arguing on this anymore, leave it up to UA to decide.
