What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I enjoy playing Diverge.
I typically spend more than seven hours a day on the server, which is what I do with the most of my free time. There is usually one staff online when I get on at my regular hour. In addition, I frequently witness players complaining that their tickets have been open for a very long time without a response and i want to assist in making that not the case. In order to assist stopping half the server's frequent rule violations, I also want to become staff. to support the community.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *
Even though I might be called a retard, I have staffing experience in several games. I'm not fundamentally that stupid. No matter who you are to me or whether you are a friend, I always try to be fair. If you have done something wrong, I will either ban you or give you a note depending on the circumstances of POS. I am also quite active and prepared to commit as much time as feasible to the Diverge staff team if selected. I'm excited to learn from my friends on the staff team, so I will ask a few of them to mentor and help me navigate the staffing process. Since I main the server and have no life, I won't waste this opportunity if I am given the chance.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:
I have received three separate bans. I was banned for Metagame for the first time because one of my friends witnessed my arrest, switched chars, and raided the PD. Another friend then entered the jail and seized my gun. The second was for a revengeful PK attempt, and I knew why I was banned by Monaclu; I definitely deserved it. My final ban was for RDM. Even though it was an accident and I didn't mean any harm, I can understand why I was banned for shooting the same individual twice because he Ran over my friend twice.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *
Most people consider me to be a young retard. The fact that I made some retarded mistakes during my first few weeks on Diverge, learnt from them, and tried apologise to the people I offended even if they weren't forgiving supports this. I have also made a fool of myself on several times, such as when I played my first police officer role and learnt from my mistakes to improve as an officer in the future. This is further evidenced by the fact that im known as a retard. I have had friends on Diverge who were consistently breaking the rules, were despised there, and now I have severed all communication with said friends.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Definitely the Protest to remove Sergei Bodrov from being DA or 6/14.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: first I would clip the situation or ask someone around the situation to clip it if i dont have my clipping software open then i would ask in staff chat if anyone's free to look at it and see if it is actually RDM. if no other staff members are online i would take the players char ID and make a player report on the forums. and wait until it is dealt with.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would first reach out to another staff member i trust well or know would actually look into it with me and get there opinion on the situation. I would than clip in suspicious behaviour from said staff abusing. I would also go through that staff members logs and look for any suspicious Logs and screenshot any i find. i would then make a Ticket in the discord ask for it to be super admin + only or just DM the proof to Canadian for him him to look at. just in case the satff member abusing is a member of UA
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: i would try not to take the ticket because it could be seen as Bias from any parties involved. If no staff member is taking the ticket after awhile i would take the ticket and give my judgement if i see wrong doing i would give the member of my faction or if there my friend a suitable punishment. Whether its a Note or a ban i would give the punishment as it would be my duty to do so as a staff member.
