Hello, I am the Moderator that has removed your PET flags. The reason why I removed your PET flags is because a super admin, 4Lights, has left a note on your account to remove your PET flags on the next offence involving Prop Abuse. I saw you before, spawning plates many times In-Character outside of any businesses, and now recieved a ticket with a clip that you spawned plates in businesses again, which, understandably, gets annoying and disrupting. I figured this constitutes prop abuse and therefore did as the last admin instructed by blacklisting you from PET flags, as the situation here was very similar aswell to the one that was from the last note.

-1 Yes, I will give proper criticism and not just insult you with a slur. The sentences you write in this application are, in big part, incoherent to an average reader, at least from my view. If this is how you'd be writing in an admin sit whilst trying to explain to a member of the community why you've decided a certain thing in a certain way, your grammar could confuse them. This could be fixed if you always capitalized your "I"s, like "I am" instead of "i am", used commas often, follow what the format said with writing 3 sentences for every question with "*" and maybe opening your vocabulary up to more descriptive words. Another thing, the way you write doesn't sound mature, cohesive or shows proper reasoning with context skills. At least in my opinion, of course. Example that I think reflects it best: Additionally, I don't see that any of your characters are government characters. Personally, I think it is essential to have at least been a public defender, assistant district attorney or any other government-related employee, alongside the experience of being made in a faction and a police officer to fully grasp the server from every corner it has to offer. The good I can say about this is that your playtime looks good for staff, I got accepted at around 1mo playtime, so can only say good about that. Also phenomenal that you're BAR certified, can only relate to people who also larp law, which opens the path for law-related government jobs, by the way.

All of it is larp, but, for example, a lot of us in the defense attorneys and judiciary actually put effort into the larp, detectives just don't. That's the issue.

±1 To be fair, not a bad staff application, and you don't seem to be a bad pick when glancing at this application. However, you have a very low playtime to apply for staff and you're someone we don't know, at least I don't and I've been here for a year. I recommend you play at least 4-6 months on the server, get to know your faction and get made in it, become a police officer on another character, pass the BAR to be a lawyer on your main, etc.. Experience the server on every corner like I did before applying and getting accepted, just a good thing to do in general for anyone trying to be staff.

Greetings, I am the Moderator that banned you from the server. For the VDM POx3, when I began watching you and you lost the cops at first, you were still repeatedly ramming into cars for no roleplay reason. For the Cop Bait POx2, your constant vehicle battling with other cars and the results of it led to you being pulled over, to which you just started running away as soon as you could, and done so on three different occassions with your very reckless driving that was done in view of officers. With the extensive previous offences you had, I had to ban you for a significant amount of time. I felt secure in doing so as I recorded almost the entirety of what I described. It is also very important to remember that being pulled over is not always equal to being arrested. It usually leads to a warning or citation, which are misdemeanors, and in your case it wasn't even the same officer that chased you earlier, he was pulling you over because you were on the wrong lane while ramming into other cars in a very public area that is obviously going to have some law enforcement there.

+1 Detectives famously can't grasp that there may be probable cause but not proof beyond a reasonable doubt whenever something like a don's orders hit happens. Like, maybe first use that oppurtunity to get something else than an arrest warrant if possible and maybe watch them, start an actual investigation instead of just it being immediately thrown to a case just for there to not be enough to convict or not enough to convict for life. As a judge, I'd love to see more than just a forensics report and I know my friends at the supreme level would too when considering murder cases with just a quick forensics report.

I've been all the way up to Event Manager and Super Admin in the "PixelMod Networks" Garry's Mod polish Star Wars RP community for a considerably long time before I retired from there. Different language but I have experience related to events and staffing there, most notably the SAM admin system. 2. I was the server owner of a niche Squid Game Roleplay server that hosted weekly games, it was more of a meme-y server but had some attention. This was around last year and lasted a couple of months. If so, why?: Yes, when I was still relatively new last year I used to have some less than innocent fun with some of my friends like getting arrested or I named my character after someone else and got banned for that some time ago, but I can't recall any punishments upon me in the last 8+ months or so. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I think I became more known due to my employement in the UCS as a Judge and my status as a Made LT in Supreme Team on another char. I don't know if I'm hated or loved, I'd say it's split as I've had really good experiences with some and worse with others, so I'd say I'm not well known enough to say if I'm loved or hated by the community. I do think I'm respected and recognized in the community, more-so on my Judge and Supreme Team characters as those two are the ones I play the most socially on. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Probably either the day I got made in Supreme Team or when I was sent as an undercover cop to a criminal faciton, those were the coolest moments of my time on this server. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Psykho - Administrator ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I'm in the middle of RP, I'd use the admin chat to inform an on-duty admin to take care of it. If there is no other admin available or they're busy, I'd clip it and try to get on-duty asap to check logs and investigate further, like asking the people involved in that shoot-out. Considering I can't exactly see the name of the person doing it when I'm off-duty, I'd likely spectate them and have my clipping software ready for if they keep doing it so I can have concrete proof. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I'd likely try to ask the person about it and understand if what they're doing is abuse or if they have a reason to using their staff powers in that way. If it is abuse and they're equal in rank to me, I'd probably try to talk to them about it and tell them that we can't do that. If they're higher I'd be more inclined to take it up to a higher rank to clear this up. I don't want to right away pull the alarm on someone, but if I see that someone abuses, beyond just small incidents, I'd ask a higher staff member to check this out and talk to them. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Since I know them, I'd probably avoid taking the ticket for myself and say so in the admin chat. If there is no other staff on or available, I'd probably spectate and see if my friend / faction member is actually doing so, taking the ticket and investigating by getting a clip and statements, trying to stay impartial for the sake of fairly applying rules. If I feel like I'm biased, I'd, of course, just hand this over to another admin either way. I think I'd only be fairly biased if the person were a higher up of mine in a faction I'm in or a very good friend, not just anyone who's in my faction or if I know them positively on the server.

I was spotted taking pictures? What? By who? How? Also, the conversation we had was on a discord voice chat with a OOC undertone as I mentioned being in factions before, etc.. I did not say anything about drugs or illegal stuff that your faction may be doing. Only thing I did was hint at it but that's not the same as literally trying to incriminate someone. I didn't Powergame? The character I may have the same name as, which happens to be someone that was PK'ed on a government char, because staff was trying to find a character like that and said there wasn't, and someone sent a clip of that guy, but that char was never even mine. I never made a char named "James Long" before, the only closest to that was a char I had called "Jeremiah "Private" Long", which was a mob char and I no longer have it. I stole an ABA Pin from the Chief of Staff, yes, but that's not against the rules? It may have seemed a little mingy as I was trying to have fun pretending to be a fake lawyer once I stole a guy's ABA pin, but I really don't get why I got 2 weeks for this and not a warning if anything at all? It was an example to reveal your fallacy and hearsays. You heard from these people that it's not fun, so I simply used your logic and also just said that X amount of people enjoy it so it cancels out, which I guess simply proves that you're still clinging onto that fallacy... I will make a report since there is no other way to solve this, I'm not doing this out of spite but because I don't want to have this ban on my record since I still can't understand or see my guilt, as there are no clips, and you provided me with only hearsays.

What? I am trying not be be blunt but you just lied to my face. I did not threaten you with a staff report, nor did I say that at all. I was trying to plead my case that my RP was valid and you shut me off by banning me before I was done telling you how I wasn't guilty of the 3 rule breaks you accused me of and immediately banned me for. Now, I ask again: Where is the proof, the recordings, and especially the recordings when I threatened a staff report on you? You said you didn't think I was being malicious, but now you change your story and say I was threatening you with a staff report with 10 of my friends. What kind of nonsense is this? I don't know what delusions you're making right now, but you are making me have to do a staff report now, despite me never having to or wanting to do one before. I don't even know 10 people on this server, check my join date. This is just ridiculous, and I'm glad it's your last response. We'll be taking this to staff report in that case, since you're now just making up stuff that contradicts what you said earlier.

I did not state above that I broke the rules. I simply prepared a defense of anything you might reply with and give a expalanation right away, since, from my POV, I did not engage in conflict intentionally, nor did I try to break any RDM rule. I was breaking the IC law by discharging my weapon illegally in a panic attack induced from PTSD. Again, my lawyer questioned the officers In-Character and their memory was quite vague. My lawyer said that they didn't even know how the discharge of my weapon went down exactly, but yet they claim I was trying to instill conflict. This, again, was clearly a attempt to frame me for anything they could OOC to get back at my great and skilled lawyer. I do not blame you for believing them, but still, if they can't fully remember these events but yet it's so important that I recieve a ban for them, then we should question their motives, not get me off the server. In fact, it was so important that they provided you with no physical evidence. 1. You only have logs and hearsays. 2. They were aware of the RP going on, since my lawyer was reminding them. Therefore: Reasonably, this is nowhere near a reason to ban, yet you decided to ban. I would understand a verbal warning and dicussion, but you intentionally cut me off from trying to argue my case by banning me fast enough to not hear all of what I had to say for myself, effectively ruining the RP experience not just for me, but for my lawyer who was still in there arguing for me. I understand you may have interpreted my RP as blunt, but at least talk to me and try to enforce a positive and optimistic way of dealing with this, not bringing me to a sit only to tell me that I'm about to not be able to play on a server and not letting me explain to you my side clearly for you to understand.

Additionally, I would like to highlight that punishing, or even going as far as banning someone for breaking an In-Character law, whilst the police actively take care of it, is unreasonable. Not even counting the fact that I got out for it. Hiding behind rules? No. I am simply pointing out the fact that it's not my fault that they didn't PK my character or that you didn't do the PK in time, so I assumed I could just play it off as an injury recovered and turn myself in, which I did later, unless you're talking about something else. Also, yes. They knew my character had PTSD. My lawyer mentioned it to them several times, unless they weren't listening. I am not exactly sure what he said as I may not have been there for it, but I know he mentioned, at the very least, that my character had "problems", by which you can reasonably assume I'm roleplaying a mentally unwell person. As I said before, they intentionally framed it into an Out-Of-Character issue because my lawyer defended me well and I ended up with no charges. Their attempt to get me punished by any means is a fallacious way to get back at my lawyer for just being a good lawyer.

Thank you for clarifying your side, however, for as far as I am aware, there is no proof to what you have banned me for in the first place. You didn't mention recieving any recording of the fact that I was allegedly minging. Would it not be in order for such recordings to be presented and the matter discussed? Instead I was banned for simply disagreeing and trying to notify you that this is fallacious. If you believe my RP was mingy or at the point of being harmful towards a faction, I would like a recording we can discuss first. I mean no offense, but I do not believe your side. Additionally, my point of it not being RDM still stands. I did not kill a single player and common sense here cannot be used if there is no recording you can provide. Or if you can provide one, then please highlight exactly how it was RDM and why it's worth a ban for a day, not a warning. Hopefully you reconsider your decision.
