+1 may need some help with rules but all around is trustworthy to be staff and very non bias from what i know of him.

As someone who is new to the server and has spent alot of time in the same faction as him i may be a bit bias but from a new player stance he has helped me understand exactly what the rules are, how not to get in trouble and all around been a good influence on me to help expand my RP further. I do believe in second chances and understand the severity of what he did to get banned but if any of what ive seen is an indication as to him changing he might actually become something further. The relationships ive made on here in just a few weeks has been more of a pleasant experience than most if any other gmod server, jmoorsey was 100% apart of that for me on the discord side of things and him amoung others are the reasoning behind me bringing in as many new players as I possibly can. Now if he fucks off again banish his ass to the aether and tell me i was an idiot but my vibe radar makes me think bro is actually sorry for being an real life asshole over a game from the way hes talked to me and the others about it. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: One of the guys in my family told me to submit a PK appeal because we feel as if we are getting target mugged, we just had 2 other ONLY new people get mugged by chinese men with plain suits and now im the third. At 6:12 in my submitted video you can see i had my gun drawn before he could intitiate fearRP, screaming "hands hands hands" doesnt count as fear RP i dont think.... im 100% sure hes ONLY a mugging character, brand new char ID and that he had meta gamed to call his other buddy in the mask over.
