(Reference your unique RP from the question above): The White-Collar Corporation works with every side of the city to host events and provide factions an opportunity to do more mob related things against civilians which so far has been almost nonexistent. By providing these events and different businesses we are promoting civilian/legal RP while also providing criminals/cops RP by interacting with the civilian side. We are involved in all kinds of industries and have a ton of ways for factions interact with our employees as event characters and normal civilians just trying to survive Southside one day at a time. From construction sites, factories, oil tankers, truck robberies, waste management and more we can provide factions unique and new RP that they haven't experienced yet. Besides bringing new stuff we also hope to compete with the other two oil companies in the city and provide some interesting white (and blue) collar RP. Employees who work with us are promoted through profit and performance, making sure that the earners are given more responsibility and the chance to run an industry within the White-Collar Corporation. Come into the city and keep an eye out as almost everything we do is on the fly and happens at random! The following is how we handle day to day operations and how we keep players interested in a corporation. The Corporate Ladder Employees at the White-Collar Corporation have the ability to move up in the ranks at their own pace, with good RP and a hard work ethic employees can earn promotions during regular earning reports where the White-Collar Corporation management look into profits and the employees work done. By climbing the corporate ladder employees can take on manager positions overseeing operations such as construction, call centers, organizing truck shipments and many other industries that need leadership to start up or for the best of the best, the oil business. Every White-Collar Corporation employee should strive to work their way onto the board of the corporation where all major decisions affecting every industry is made as well as the millions of dollars tied to each industry. The board and managers will work together to lay out plans to take over the oil market, making adjustments as needed and introducing new ways for the employees of the White-Collar Corporation to buy oil at greater rates. IP Acquisition: The White-Collar Corporation is regularly looking for new IPs and products or services to provide, taking advantage of the markets looking for assets that are for the taking. Examples of this include the acquisition of the Rockefeller Polo and Pin which brought the WCC into the clothing market, selling this combo for $5,000 to people around the city and being told off by the Rockefeller Company for trying to sell them to Rockefeller employees. Another example is the dissolution of Dom's Deli and La Fucina, a White-Collar Corporation employee saw opportunity and reserved the names of these businesses before trying to use the LLCs as leverage to speak with the Bonanno Crime Family and secure future business for the corporation while handing the businesses back. While the White-Collar Corporation understands business it does not understand the streets of Southside and how crime ridden they are, leading to Mr. White-Collar to be picked up outside of one of his businesses and sat down with the head of The Commission to understand why a corporation would try to buy out a deli and gun store before resolving the situation with a handshake and two glasses of whiskey... Breaking into the Market: The White-Collar Corporation will be relentless with breaking into the oil market to compete with the current oil companies. Only the most efficient and ruthless employees will become management or join the board within the oil division of the White-Collar Corporation where we will compete with and secure the customer base of the current oil companies by introducing an aggressive buying campaign as well as looking to provide a more stable presence in the market allowing customers to make their purchases without having to wait constantly for the other two oil companies. While the White-Collar Corporation is aggressive trying to break into the market it does not mean that they won't negotiate and try to work with the other companies if it means increasing the White-Collar Corporations bottom line. This is something that would greatly benefit RP in the city and having a lack of food in a restaurant is the business owners fault for not preparing well enough. It's something that can keep players occupied and encourage more interaction between players. +1

A construction site with only the foundation like stairs, floors, columns and a crane would be cool, could help anyone trying to do union RP or use it as a public building property.

Say for example you put down your property dupe which is 93 props, if you have the prop booster pack which allows you to spawn 150 props you can’t use the stacker tool on any props after the first 93.

Love the new map, for some reason it feels less laggy. Only complaint is that sharp turn in the tunnels, wish it had a curve and a straight line going to connect to the rest of the tunnel and the parking lot.
