Hello, This is going to be brief as you admitted yourself in this very thread you did what you got killed for, but this will be denied as you were caught attempting to collect incriminating evidence on made men of a crime organization, and promptly killed to rid the chance of it being used against them. Good afternoon, Unfortunately i bear bad news as this will be getting denied as its a pretty cut and dry PK on every front. They hop out, order you to put your hands up at gun point and give you ample time to do so, and you begin to flee on foot at the sight of the white car. In the future, please be aware that despite how fast everything happened you still had time to comply with the orders given as they were very simple (hands up, dont run) yet you chose to run while being held at gunpoint by 2 people.

Good evening, There is quite a few things to go over with this but ultimately it is getting denied and I'll elaborate on every point to clear up any confusion. 1. Suppressors do not make gunshots unable to be heard through buildings, guns are very loud and suppressors do not make them "silent" or unable to be heard, the only mechanic for guns that isn't allowed to be used in RP in terms of sound is the loading sound that plays when you equip more ammo. 2. The cop did in fact hear the gun shot and this was not a personal ploy against you. They were staking you out longer than you had known, and did hear the gunshot from when you murdered the man. There was no underhanded tactics at play, the officer was simply camping out and you missed them. 3. Having a dupe up does not make any noises from your room invalid, you fired a weapon in a very small room, a "barrier" on the window would not dampen this noise nearly enough for people, or in this case the police, from hearing gun shots. In the evidence from the police side provided to me they very clearly see you put up the dupe, and there is no question as to what room the gun fire came from. I understand with a skewed view how you may believe this situation to be powergame, but after getting both sides and reviewing all the evidence there was no abuse of game mechanics to get an upper-hand on you and your associate, rather a lack of awareness led to what happened in this situation. In the future, please be aware that suppressors are not the end all be all in terms of avoiding detainment, and it is still a very loud gun being fired in a very tiny room.

Good Evening, Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately I bear bad news as this will be getting denied, and I'll shed some light on why. As per our FearRP rules, the man you attempted to rob in the alleyway was completely within his rights to retaliate freely, as he had a weapon out on safety whilst you attempted to mug him, "If you are holding a weapon actively in your hand then FearRP does not apply and you may retaliate (even if it is on safety, E+R" Given this, the way the player reacted is completely within his rights in gunning you down immediately to avoid any monetary loss, and followed our guidelines and protocols. Even if he didn't have a gun out, he can still pull one out in an attempt to save his belongings, but would then be at risk of getting PK'ed himself. Mugging is very risky and i suggest reading up on the mugging and FearRP rules so you know what you're getting yourself into next time this may occur. As for the package camping, that is a rule we have in play on the server. It is against our rules to sit around near packages in red zones so you can mug people and take the contents after they retrieve the shipment.

Good afternoon, You were killed for disrespecting allies and their property, and general incompetence. While i understand the frustration, simply being forgiven by one of many parties does not clear your name and make you impossible to be permanently killed. Your actions were deemed death worthy by your higher ups (the actions you admit to in your own appeal) and you were killed as a result.

Good evening, Although wrong was done, the punishment for said wrong was harsh and could've been solved less rashly. This is not to say what you did doesn't breach our rules, and I advise you steer away from this behavior upon your return to the server, and avoid things like this in the future, even during "dead" hours or less active hours.

Hello, After some discussion it's clear in this situation you failed to follow proper escalation and continued following him and inciting more interactions, despite the fact you wanted him to leave, and ultimately RDM'd him. It is not about monetary value, its your due diligence when you join a criminal faction to read the prompt you're given that labels this exact scenario that happened. Leaving a criminal faction with no warning or permission can lead to your death if caught.
