Although your intentions may not have been malicious in the situation that led to your blacklist, you ultimately still abused your flags here. With dupes such as car bombs and spike strips, you always need to ask staff for approval to use them otherwise it may be seen as abuse of your flags. Unfortunately, due to you having a record of three notes, all related to prop abuse. Coupled with the fact you wasn't blacklisted that long ago, this appeal will be denied. This does not mean this blacklist is permenant, but we would like to see an improvement in both playtime and quality of roleplay, before this blacklisted is lifted. If this blacklist is lifted in future, I want to remind yourself and anyone reading this. Being a donator gives you access to the Sandbox Build Server, here you are able to mess around with props and test ideas you have regarding dupes and props.

After speaking to the banning administrator, and reviewing the evidence provided. It is clear you are a new player, having less than two days playtime. You have clearly made an honest mistake but also broken multiple rules here, your attitude shows that you are also able to take accountability for your mistakes which is an important factor, with it being your first ban and zero notes prior to this incident. This ban will be reduced to 7 days During the remainder of your ban please thoroughly read over the rules, especially the mugging section to ensure another incident similar to this one doesn't occur again. Upon your return to the server, I hope to see that you have taken the time to read the rules and as you said, will return to a more serious form of roleplay.

After reviewing the above, I can confirm a support ticket was made explaining they had on-going technical issues, prior to this ban being given. KonradKoconout has been nothing but respectful throughout the process of the support ticket and filing this appeal, he is also willing to continue the RP once back on the character. I want to make it clear that Gr1mmy has followed the correct process in waiting 10 minutes for the reconnection before taking action, but this will appeal will be accepted on the basis that a support ticket was made prior to the ban being issued, willingness to continue the roleplay scene and a respectful attitude throughout. - Dong

After reviewing the above, it is evident that not only do you have NITRP, but you also have no respect for others around you. Even if you disagree with the banning admins opinion, being disrespectful isn't an appropriate way to handle the situation. Your comments on the appeal are also not appropriate. I understand you are new to GMOD, but before playing any game it is standard to go through a tutorial (Guide) and / or to understand the rules before getting started. +1 Gecko is an experienced player, and has been part of the community for a good while now. Having been in a few different factions with him, I know he has the ability to create some decent roleplay. The application could do with some more detail around the MCs backstory, but that shouldn't be the deciding factor in my opinion. Having two MCs, would be interesting and may allow the factions create some good roleplay between them. Overall, I think a second MC isn't a bad idea from a roleplay perspective, although my FPS disagrees with all of the above. - Dong

+1 Interacted with a few members of this faction over the years (as-well as recently) and they are a mature and motivated group. From what I've seen they have a good understanding of what it takes to create good roleplay, internally and externally. Faction application isn't perfect, but none of them are. Could do with being reformatted and some more detail in certain areas. But I do like how the application gives a solid timeline with dates included, as well as it being well thought-out with referenced links. Overall, solid application. Would like to see how a British faction would do in today's New York. Fox has set the bar high. - Dong

Hi there, PKing admin here. After slowing down the clip provided to 0.25x, it is evident that during the time of the mugging you did in fact have your weapon out. Therefore invalidating this PK, for the following reason shown below: FearRP rule 9: If you are holding a weapon actively in your hand then fearrp does not apply and you may retaliate (even if it is on safety, E+R). Due to the clip being extremely low resolution combined with the running animation making it difficult to see your weapon, this was a mistake on my part. But in any circumstance, it does not invalidate the PK. As we also discussed during out sit, considering you are a new player, I highly recommend you re-read the PK guidelines to further your understanding of what may lead to a PK moving forward. In regards to your point about continuing to play the server, I hope to see you stick around and come back onto your next life with a better understanding of these guidelines. Everyone's first PK is frustrating, especially considering your circumstances. But there is a valuable lesson to take from this, NEVER shoot at cops (In my humble opinion). - Dong

Implement a system whereby BAR ID's reflect onto ID cards, similar to gun licenses. Makes it quicker for officers to confirm lawyers have a valid BAR ID, rather than checking via the spreadsheet. But it is also quicker for lawyers, in the sense that it diminishes waiting times.
