What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Because a rule was broken (Image sent below) Clearly this clip shows a misunderstanding of mugging rules & how PKs work around mugging. Bullets pulls up after seeing a rumour stating someone's being mugged in Construction., Then he approaches the guy who's restrained - talking to him trying to get his attention (dude looks AFK.), He goes to his attachments (trying to fish the guys name using C menu) to then successfully forcefully introduce himself to the victim, Dude wakes up, doesn't give him ANY information on the mugger, doesn't give him ANY description, Bullets goes up the stairs, kills me without proper identification, without having any connection to the restrained individual, is not in the individuals faction, and is completely unrelated making him a "vigilante" in this case., Not only do you need to know the person you're saving but you also require to identify the mugger if they leave the area. I was never spotted standing near him after his mugging, I was not moving and I was standing still on the rooftop - it was a pure assumption of who I was in that situation.
