What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I have been playing for a few years now and have enjoyed every moment of it and have always been interested in a staff position but it just wasn't an option for me because of my history. I regret that and want to show that I've changed, which is why I've worked for the past few months on turning things around. I want to be more involved in the community and help out and have been wanting something to do in the down time where I don't do anything on my characters, and I believe I can put that time into staff. Becoming staff and putting in the effort to improve the server is the best way for me to show myself and others that I've grown and can contribute to the community. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I should be considered because of the goals I want to achieve. My goals for being in the staff team are high and I wish to improve the roleplay and make some friends along the way. I know the server very well and have good judgement of the rules which can all be used as staff. One of the main reasons I'm applying is because I know I have a rough history here and have broken more rules than most; but I think that because of my encounters with the rules, I have a better understanding of them than most which makes me more qualified than others. If so, why?: Yes, I have 15 POs mainly for RDM, minging, and NITRP. I am not proud of the bans and it's sad to see the impact I had on others. I haven't been around in a while but in my time back I'd say I've made a name for myself across my characters. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: There was a celebration/get together of the federation and they brought out a boat dupe. It was one of the rare times that roleplay felt genuine as I had all my norte friends there, messing around and having a good time. Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this? I would wrap up whatever situation I was in and take the ticket if nobody else has, hear both sides and decide what to do from there. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would start off by messaging them and letting them know that what they are doing is wrong. If they choose to ignore it, I would report it to a higher up. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I wouldn't take the ticket to avoid anyone calling it biased. If the ticket stayed open I would take it but keep the evidence in mind and make a fair decision based on what I've seen. ---------------------------------------------------------

you cant get pked for meleeing a cop unless you kill the cop, whats to say its not the same with cars and shi. this is just being pk hungry lowkey im 90 percent sure this isnt stated in rules which is why you havent quoted anything, meleeing a cop is a violent confrontation with police but it's still not pkable unless the cop dies, you kinda just made your own decision and twisted the rules for the pk or maybe im retarded or sum
