Ever since I pk'd that dude, he's just been spam dumb reacting my posts and my faction mates posts. I get it, you're mad you got pk'd (even though you metagame'd and said literally EVERY Commission faction out loud, not looc'ly, to some random) but you're making my reputation go to the negatives and I do NOT fw it. Also target mugging Decav's isn't one way to get your respect back, just adding reasons for people not to respect nor like you. Chill the hell out @Justfire

In case you didn't read it thoroughly, hear ya go. "Cars can be towed: after an arrest, illegal parking, stolen" I'm sure there would have to be evidence that the person who parked illegally did so in order to get their car towed. It would mostly be utilized for after arrests, only retard low life cops would genuinely tow over illegally parked cars unless there was an argument between the cop and player.

I understand the character being pk'd for metagame. I do not understand this shipment/non rp on this character. He was my main char before a bunch of IC fed stuff happened, I have around 300 hours on him, and he's the oldest character I have as of now. Like what @Bullets said, I've bought a shit ton of shipments (guns, weed, oil, etc.), I don't understand what you searched through to see me "not ordering any shipments"

There was 3 people in the call total, me, the staff member, and a different member that wasn't related. Neither one of them were involved in the mug, just me.

I was sharing my screen showing that I was mugging someone (and making sure it was valid by a staff member). Nobody that was in the call was involved in the mugging. I lockpicked my way in, saw him, mugged him. If it's against the rules to simply show I was mugging someone and then getting confirmation that it's a valid mug/pk, then I'll take whatever punishment is deserved.

To prevent this exact situation from happening. The flooded comments about Metagame. The headache as a whole.

Explanation here: This stunt was going on for a good 5 minutes before the beginning of this clip. About 2 minutes in I decided to join a call that had a staff member in it (the only staff member that was available to me during this time, which was around 4AM) and share my screen to see if it was a valid mug. I had no intention of PKing the guy, I went in to mug for items he had on his character, he didn't want to comply. He was being mugged on his own property so I wasn't completely sure if he was able to be PK'd because of it or what. I was riding solo this whole time, and only wanted confirmation from a staff member if what I was doing was allowed. Granted, it definitely wasn't the best idea to be sharing my screen at all and instead just explain to him the situation, this entire scenario seems pretty funky I'll admit that. And if it's against the rules to do what I did, then I'm willing to face punishment for my actions. All it was at the time was just me wanting confirmation from staff, that's all.

This isn't appealable. You were being mugged, and you did not co-operate. Someone lockpicked into the warehouse you were in, saw you, wanted to mug you, and killed you even after giving you plenty of chances to surrender. Hopefully you learn from this mistake, that your life is worth more than your items...

-1 Hold's extreme bias and just not a good person to choose as staff. I agree entirely with @Medinator on this one. The immaturity on you is absolutely insane. I've had my moments from time-to-time but this guy is on a whole other level.

idc if i wasnt involved. You naming the clip "bon pk" shows an obvious sign of target mugging. If anything this helps @crusade2475 case out a lot more than it does harm it.

+1/-1 I can see the idea of where you guys are aiming. But it's only realistic for the first week or so you guys are in the server. Long term I see the faction dying due to no one wanting to continue the fishing docks rp. I also would like another hispanic faction back into the server for the diversity. All-in-all there's better picks in the faction application list right now. I'd say you guys are right in the middle at lke, number 3.

+1 I've had RP interactions with them in game and they are very RP driven. From meetings, to their bar rp. Very impressive stuff they have going on in the city. Huge plus one!

It *died out* due to inactivity. It got disbanded because the only person that would be online was the second don, Nigel Cantera-Kray. Made it super hard to hire people with only the don being active.

My opinion, was Diamond Syndicate. For a faction to die out due to inactivity (especially after being in the server for so long) just breaks my heart. There were a lot of good guys in that faction and I wish it didn't go out the way it did.

I've said this multiple times, and I'll repeat myself. Yes I have made very serious offenses, but in no way did I use my position as staff in order to find a way to take advantage of the system and find the best way to item transfer. I admit my faults, I item transferred, and I metagamed, and I have learned and grew off of this mistake. But I in no way used my position as staff in order to do so.

Make the camera spit out a polaroid img in your inventory after you take a pic. Would provide real evidence ic without having to tab out to view images.
