I believe Head Enforcer of kosher is 3rd in command I may be wrong tho. The sit-down happened. Demands were agreed upon, but demands weren't carried out. Another sit-down occurred, demanding your death, and then they followed through with it. What your faction should have done is ask if the tax was actually allowed by UA. Nothing against you, mate, but it seems your HC sold u out, tho you should have apologised if your top 3 had told you to.

So ur faction decided to agree on you paying 100k and an apology. Yet you didn't apologise. So another sit-down was called, asking for your death. Which your faction also accepted... So... What's wrong? Also, saying "we were on escalation level 1", so we don't need to pay the 100k, makes no sense. Your faction accepted this. make faction -> go inactive and retire -> faction goes to shit -> faction either gets removed or new people take it over -> come back and remake a brand new faction that ends the same way!!!! just gonna put that there again.
