+1 Very well-written application, backstory and purpose. This can definitely attract new players to criminal roleplay and even the server itself. This project seems to have a huge network as obvious in their previous experiences. The leadership is strong and the content is rich. I don't see why anyone would -1 unless they're trolling or competing with this idea :D
