What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I really enjoy playing on the server and have been active at least 4 days a week since I joined in November 2024. I’m often on late at night when staff aren’t around or just standing around waiting on stuff to happen so I figured why not apply ? I’d like to help lighten the load on the current staff and attempt to help keep the server running smoothly and something about this server has made garrys mod one of my Fav
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I've Kept my Record mostly clean and have been wanting to apply for a while now but waited till i had a better understanding of how sever Operates to make sure i was ready Also don't Believe every ticket should end with a ban or getting kicked people make mistakes at end of day we are playing a game
Do you have any previous staffing experience? : Zero Experience
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Zero Bans Believe i have 2 notes one for RDM during the Package event and other for 3rd person abuse
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I believe I have a good reputation and have had mostly positive interactions with everyone I’ve met . I have met a ton of people over 6 months i have been on the server I would also say im well known for the different Clothing i have added to the server
What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: My favorite moment was a private event We had to Locate a stash full of Cigars and load them in a truck at the club. After fighting off waves of people we had to flee the scene and make it to the drop-off point

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I’m in the middle of something, wait to see if another staff member takes the ticket. If not i will handle it once I’m done if it’s a serious situation like mass RDM I'll drop what Im doing and take the ticket
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Document What i witnessed with clips ect then report it to UA, Higher channels
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Personally, I would avoid the situation altogether and ask another staff member to handle it just to prevent either party from thinking I’m biased. Just because someone rarely does something doesn’t mean they didn’t do it. If no other staff are available, I’d request clips and check the logs to verify what happened, then handle it like any other ticket. Knowing someone or being friends with them doesn’t mean they get a free pass
