Looking through chat logs Zqrxz asked in admin chat for someone else to help him, take a sit for him, all were "busy" but 2 staff members did respond and when he asked either he should ban you and for how long they both said yes and for about a month, neither staff member had RP involvement in the PK/weren't in the faction (seansx and logan) so to me this all seems valid though I can see how it would look fishy. In regards to your question about when this was, this happened it was a few hours before you posted the appeal so in all honesty it looks like it was you and you are trying to play dumb for sympathy, watching the clip, this would be a valid PK the man was mugging your char and you pulled a gun on him while he had a gun on you so he killed you. You were banned for the first time you tried to do it, then you tried to do it to the guy who ratted on you, the ban didn't teach you a lesson so a longer one makes sense. This is not how we want the server played if you have issues you could just go over your capos head to his bosses and get them to sort it out or something like that but you decided to break the rules multiple times, this being a pretty major rule break and so soon after the first time you tried, so the ban is justified you can re-appeal later down the line. I watched the video and read over all of this, you were given the money, said they were in the trunk you both went over and got in he opened they weren't in there you kicked him out of the car and tried to drive off without saying anything so he shot you. If you had just killed the guy who pointed the gun at you and threatened you it would have been a valid kill, but no you killed multiple other people because you just aren't careful enough, with your multiple POs I don't feel it is right to accept this appeal as in remove the ban or reduce it even thought it was an accident. I saw the evidence for this and as far as I can see the PK is valid. If you are going to play the server we encourage you to read the rules so that you know what is and isn't allowed and also what the consequences to your actions will be. Lockpicking isn't against the rules but there is a in-character risk to it just like with muggings and the risk as you have found out is that you can be PKed for it. If there was no risk to most criminal acts that part of the server's gameplay would get boring fast. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. From what I can see you barely played for a while then came back played a bit talked to some people then left Pruszkowska and went straight to Tekashi Kai then a day later they put an order out on you for you leave the faction, you then played a bit changed your name then left and came back 2 months later and they still wanted to kill you over the order that was put out which is fair enough. this doesn't seem like a misunderstanding just seems like you didn't get permission to leave and then they killed you and the fact they remembered in a way shows that you were Important enough for them to want to get it done. I'm not sure what Spacium is saying about you getting permission from Hyme as he had quit the server long before this happened and was not Don at the time if you had left back when he was and he gave permission then that would be different but the fact you didn't, you came back and carried on to RP for a bit and I assume you talked to members of Pruszkowska so they knew of your existence and that you have come back after your break at this point any deals with a former don from a year ago that may or may not have happened don't really matter. So all in all, you were in the faction you left and they put the order out the day later, you left the server and came back, the order was still out and valid so they killed you.
