You just got off a ban for RDM and have 7 POs for RDM at this point you should have read the rules so you can understand that something like this isn't allowed.

I was the admin that PKed you, I did so due to you breaking fear rp during a mugging which ended up with you getting killed. The back of the store where you were is a valid place for mugging to occur and the guy did give you ample warning and you clearly saw the gun pointed in your face. Every RP server has some sort of Fear RP rule where you cant run away usually leading to a ban in most cases but here its all ic so if you run and die you lose your char but can still run off and live which is the trade-off, if you have ever played another server before which looking at your steam groups I see you have you would have known this and along with that basically all servers ask you to read the rules first so you know how to play their without getting punished you clearly didn't do that so its not on us that it came to this outcome. If due to this, like you said, it is making you want to leave, please do, if you don't want to follow the rules we don't want you, threatening to leave wont change the outcome of this.

From what i can see the PK is valid and will stay that why, we suggest everyone reads the rules before playing so "I didn't know I could be PKed for that" isn't a reason to unPK you.

You are clearly trying to exploit the alt+e system to get into the pd, while doing that you are also acting stupid, you just came off of a perma ban you should know better at this point. From what I could see this was an invalid ban, just make sure you have your voice recorded on medal for future clips. But it was clear here that you were telling him to get off and he knew you were telling him too. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted. The ban will be lifted from your account shortly. It was found that the pk was invalid due to the time it took from you leaving to them putting orders out for you so you will be unpked

UA as a whole have gone through everything again and have decided to allow the PK. We cant find any evidence of meta game like you suggested there could be, and everything involving the PK followed the rules we have in place about PKing cops. While in this case the leaking of the infomation that it was you undercover in the faction wasn't your fault, that is just one of the risks that comes about when dealing with undercover cases. With how much damage and undercover can do to a faction we have these rules in place to balance it as if there was no risk to going undercover it would be incredibly overpowered.

If we look at your last perma ban it said that you would be unbanned with the stipulation that you don't get banned again, you got banned 5 more times, in my opinion, you should have already been permabanned, so this not being a major rule break doesn't mean much it's just the straw that broke the camels back. You have repeatedly shown us that you don't want to play this server seriously so there is no point letting you come back.

You ban evaded a 1 day bad twice on the same day, the only reason you would do that would be so you could get back on and minge, it's only been 9 days since the ban you can wait a bit longer.

You were told that after your unban if you were banned again we would extend it and forget about you, you got banned 3 days later, but we still let you come back you were then banned a bit over a week after that. At this point with all your PO's you are not wanted on the server, you don't know the rules and you clearly don't intend to learn them.

You were banned permanently due to the number of POs you have especially recently, it was clear to me that you don't plan on changing so I decided to make the ban permanent. This ban was for you repeatedly on purpose running over a group of people dying then coming back and doing the same, while also acting like an idiot the whole time. If you are just going to continue to do what you have been punished for so many times there is just no point keeping you on the server.
