Length of ban: Perma Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): apology Why should you be unbanned? . I am going to start off by saying what lead up to the ban and then why I should be unban. First off, when I was ban I was ban for Item transferring (there is a script to prevent it). Me and a long time friend and ooc family member wanted to test out the new PK script. He texted me one day and asked if I wanted to PK one of my old characters, i said why not because I was not going to use it anymore, and why not have a good rp with it. So what we did was I mugged one of their chars in the crew so then they would have a reason and they could get a good clip for an edit or YouTube video (not really sure what it was for either YouTube or something else all I know is it was being clipped for something). So then once everything happened and the guy I mugged got set free, I went to drop the stuff I took out of the guys pockets and dropped it. I know that the rule book does state " you may not transfer money or items between any of your characters in anyway. Nor are you allowed to act as the middleman for someone else's item or money transfer. Transferring items or money between two of your characters is not permitted under any circumstance." This quote says how any type/sort of item transferring is strictly prohibited no matter who your doing it for. I am wondering if we can do a zero tolerance policy/ 1 strike policy if you choose to remove my ban. I do understand it was wrong and I do understand that I have extensive POs. I know that what staff may see when they see my play time and my past POs may think that I am not worthy of being the the community but I owe up to what I did. It was a first for me, I have never item transferred before. I have tried to do any type of item transferring, but for some reason on this day I thought it would be a good Idea, I am not sure why and now I deeply regret it. I want to be able to come back and play with the people that I have played with for years from other servers and with people I have met in this server. I think I am ready to come back and that staff should take this appeal into consideration. I think that this 1 strike policy will allow me to be able to play and prove my self to the staff that I am worthy. Take you for your attention to this Matter! Original reason aside, can you please touch on the four evasion attempts?

I'm not sure how you don't see your ban as justified so I will break it down- - You stole 8 barrels of oil from another player which is about $25,200 in profit. right after stealing the oil you switched chars. You are not giving the affected player the chance to react accordingly. That is char abuse and failure to RP. - You where pulled into a sit and the affected player decided he wanted to continue the RP and have his chance to PK your char for stealing from him. Yummeko stepped in for the PK and we watched over the interaction. During that time you took damage. Called 911 and then switched chars once again after already being told this is a bannable offense. - You switched Chars a few times and even on the other hovered around the interaction after calling the cops on the original char. - This all leads to my ban of Not Intending to roleplay given the multiple char switching, Char abuse since switching is how you avoided getting PKed, and Leaving to avoid role play when you knowingly where put back for an interaction that you purposefully avoided by switching chars.

I understand why it looked like character abuse and LTAP, and I can see now that switching back and forth gave the wrong impression. That wasn’t my intention — I wasn’t trying to avoid punishment, I was just confused and curious about what was happening after I escaped. I should’ve handled it differently, and I’m sorry for how it affected the situation and other players’ RP. I really enjoy Diverge and don’t want to lose access over this mistake. If possible, I’d appreciate a second chance, even if it means a PK, a temp ban, or another punishment instead of a permanent one.

The fact that he tried to ban evade is even worse how long was the original ban going to last and did he have any Pos before. I think that he is still a bit new to the server seeing as I've hired him at the Lucky lady and we have this thing where we check his time. Maybe if you guys gave him another chance to rethink his actions maybe just maybe he wouldn't do it again.

I really wish I or someone else had a clip, because I was tucket away hiding in a small bush for a few minutes before I switched characters. I had escaped him fair and square before switching and that's a fact. I was laughing my ass off cause of how bad his aim was, and how blind he was when I got away. I really did not expect getting banned afterwards. I just wish you would have let me explained myself earlier and we could have resolved this on the server instead of on the forums.

I tried a couple times to get back on the server after the ban. I know this probably made me look worse. The thing is, Diverge is the only garry's mod server I enjoy and it’s basically the only one I actually want to play. When I realised I was banned I got impatient and frustrated, and I let that shi get the best of me. Just me being mad and making a dumb decision because I really didn’t want to lose access to the server.
