(Reference your unique RP from the question above): In the Kinahan we plan to open a good ol’ Irish Pub called “The Rusty Shamrock”, at least that was the name of the Pub we had back In Dublin. This allows us to not only have a good experience for the citizens of New York as they come through and get a drink, but lets us operate behind the scenes, doing deals, having sit-downs, and having that Irish private experience behind closed doors. Running the day-to-day of the Pub will be nice and time consuming for our Hangaround and lower members. In addition to the Pub and its dealings, The Kinahan also prides Itself on Its Independence, being made up of surviving members of the IRA and families who were victimized by the Orange Order. As such, we don’t tolerate being controlled or bottle-necked by other factions. Compared to your usual “Italian” group, we don’t just sit behind closed doors and complain, we get out there, we get our hands dirty, and most of all we’re not going to be quiet about it. The Kinahans are a group that won’t take shit, and aren’t afraid to receive it. We’ll frequently get our boys together to trash stores owned by people who’ve disrespected us, key their cars, and do everything we can to drive them mad until they’re ready for an ol’ Irish Shootout (aka we’re firebombing ya and lighting you up with AK’s, up the RA). As for event Ideas there are plenty of things we can do for our boys to keep them engaged. Being an Irish faction we can "Receive shipments of weapons” from the IRA, or even hold mini Racket Events (Context: NOT that racket change event you guys had recently) where they encourage members to bring in the most money they can to support our efforts with the IRA. Another type of event we can hold is a good ol’ drinking contest. We can work this into a variety of ways, maybe things like “Fastest while Drunk, Longest police chase while drunk” Etc. At the end of the day, the Kinahan Clan Is a brotherhood that prides Itself on Independence and not taking shit from any group or party, and we’ll do everything to remind our remembers that so long as we have one another, the Kinahan Clan won’t be suppressed or put-out by anyone. You could feel it in the air—the city was changing, the streets harder, more desperate. Christy Kinahan wasn’t a stranger to those streets. Raised in the rougher parts of Dublin, Christy wasn’t born into anything but struggle. He’d seen the kind of life most people couldn’t imagine. But it was a life that shaped him. A life where the only way out was to get your hands dirty and never look back. At first, it was small. Christy wasn’t from some big crime family—he was just a man with an eye for an opportunity. When the drugs started hitting Dublin in the '80s, he wasn’t one to shy away from the chance. Hashish, cocaine—it wasn’t glamorous, but it paid. And by ‘86, Christy was already working his way through the supply lines, moving product quietly but steadily. He didn’t need the spotlight. In fact, he avoided it. Christy knew how to keep his head down while other guys were out there making noise. He worked with the old-timers in the city—dock workers, shady business owners, the kinds of people who knew how to get things done under the radar. But by 1989, Christy wasn’t just sticking to Dublin anymore. He’d started making connections outside the city, talking to people who could help him spread his reach. It wasn’t the kind of work anyone would ever boast about, but it was the kind that kept the empire alive, building piece by piece. The real shift came when Christy took it international. The early ‘89s were when the game changed. Christy made his move with European and South American cartels, controlling the cocaine flow into Europe.

idk about bullet catchers thats kinda overpowered for criminals but revolvers not dropping casings would be GREAT & a good change

My suggestion is creating a separate flag that can be given to members of a faction by HC in that faction to allow them to sell guns / order shipments if their factions have such a racket. This could work like the recruitment flags which were added very recently and can help with dealing with a number of issues that there are with having gun rackets in factions. The first issue is that of racket abusing, where players create alt characters in factions simply to sell their overpowered guns for the benefit of their primary faction (while I understand this is already against the rules, this change would ensure that it would be harder to break this rule as I understand that some people do get away with it on occasion.) This dedicated flag will ensure that it would be significantly harder to exploit weapon rackets for this type of gain. The second issue is the selling of guns by untrained employees, when it comes to gun rackets - there seems to be a form of training in place to ensure that there is only those who are responsible to do the selling of the firearms instead of having the fresh associates buying a fuck ton of whatever and distributing it which could result in issues both staff wise and roleplay wise. Make it so that when I’m logging out for the night/day that all my homies gotta tuck me in with a kiss to the forehead. Make my opps do this also. Make the hoes and the fellas alike participate in this. I think it would greatly increase OOC relations in the server and provide a quality sleep/nap time for me. not a lot of effort on the app you got like one sentence answers, kinda seems like he doesnt care about staff that much. i swear you've made like 3 staff apps in the past 3 months and they've all been accepted, just for you to leave after a week. u gotta learn to commit to something.
