+1 Allholyheaven has a wealth of experience on the server, is commited to gainful RP and overall having a jersey themed crime family is creative and will add flavor to the server. Honestly, everyone says they are sick of Italian factions, yet the only ones around are the ones that have been around from the beginning. The newly made factions always seem to be non italian and it is rare that they stick around. I have lost count at how many black and muslim factions that have been made over the years. And they never seem to last. Not to mention the name is 1980s mafia rp. And it takes place in New York. To new players that have never heard of Mafia RP and is their first time to the server, I guarantee they will be thinking the same thing that I did when I joined. Italian Mafia. That should reinforce the presence of italians in the city. Looking forward to seeing some oldschool RP brought back to the city. In the beginning that was what this server was all about. It has my vote.

I was the one who orginally permanently banned which got your ban lifed since you dmmed Yummeko on discord about starting a new faction and it got rightfully overruled by BoomRoasted cause it was more a discussion than a advertisement therefore i apologised towards you aswell, but not even a moment later you messaged an individual whose privacy will remain blurred and you did try to poach them to a different community cause you asked them to join your faction, because this user is still affiliated with diverge it led to your permanent ban.

-1, Does not have enough playtime, Backstory is a bit barebowns, also a Palestinian faction could be pretty interesting but this doesn't really go into much detail, and Palestinian faction could be a genuinely good faction with the correct people running it instead of anther lame minge faction. I think the player should continue playing under whatever faction he's currently in and then return and attempt to create a faction later on.

224 word count for your back story, while yes the question does say 250+ minimum, read some of the other accepted applications to understand what the expectations are. you dont need to do 500 or 250 or 800 words, but a large majority of the other apps are more in depth about their backstories. also !time ingame to see your playtime.

Simply witnessing a crime is not a kill able offense, neither is telling the cops what happened, nor is it a pk. A clear message from you showing you still have not learned the rules. If someone is actively trying to peruse you being prosecuted, THAT is pkable. Going to court, making an affidavit, etc.

A playtime of 3 days, 14 hours, 3 minutes. You first joined the server in 2023, 24th of February. Here's some info about those bans. 3 + 7 + 4 + 4 + 30 = 48 days banned. You have x13.39 more time banned, then you do of playtime. If you did truly make a mistake, you would've reconnected, but you didn't. You disconnected at 2024-10-19 02:09:28, you then got banned at 2024-10-19 02:21:04, and only tried rejoining the server, at 2024-10-19 05:09:07. That's almost 3 hours after you "accidentally" disconnected. You are a serial LTARPer and should not be unbanned until you understand the consequences of ruining others roleplay, by leaving the server intentionally.

"Banning" admin here, 4Lights covered basically all of it, all I need to say is that, You admitted multiple times in the sit you intentionally rammed them, then you continued to ram them into the props killing them, when I told you that you had other options you basically said no, impossible. I told you if you wanted to scare or just hit them, you could've, then turned right at the turn and that wouldn't of killed them, but you decided to continue pushing. Also stated before, you bear the consequences for your actions, unintentional or not, you blew up the vehicle and lied multiple times.

After further investigation, you were released by a Corrupt Cop who was already dealt with in character. You had zero power over actually being released therefore you cannot know when you're allowed to leave or not. Originally, you were banned for LTARP because the PD was under assumption that you disconnected and were not released by said Cop. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted. The ban will be lifted from your account shortly. If it was deemed an invalid ban, it will also be removed from your record.

I spent so long trying to compile the clips and I just gave up, banning admin here, Your story starts when I begin to noclip around you instead of using the spectate command. (I was watching for almost an hour before! wow!!!) Literally just going to copy paste all of the text I had explained to others if you could reply with each one of the situations and why you think you're not cheating that'd be great. I had ---- shoot him from the roof tops in the leg, he then later said to the cops “why are cops shooting me from the roof”, when there was no indication it was a cop (He said flashbang, but from the spectating POV, I didn't see anything, and neither did his clip) He then goes into the sewers and he’s constantly turning around to see through the walls where the cops are and how close they are, out of render distance he finds a dark corner and sits in it waiting for them to pass right when they're about to catch up to him. Then I get ---- to shoot him in the leg again from a rooftop, and he makes a ticket asking why civis are shooting him in the legs from rooftop (---- was on a civi this time) THEN the final straw No lock picking or anything, ---- was standing outside of the guys ghetto room, and he’s running around and preparing for a gun fight (esping), ---- starts to lock pick and he instantly readies his gun He wasn’t silent aiming in the last one, but he def knew he was there without making any noise He also says the appeal starts when the cop shoots him, and that’s when I started noclipping around him on purpose. oh another super interesting one i forgot to say, when i was spectating him (before i started noclipping around him on purpose), he was bragging how he was the best shooter ever in diverge history and that if any cops tried to arrest him or his friends, he'd win the gunfight, then when they're in a townhouse, not even like 5 seconds after starting another conversation, he goes "oh shit, i think theres cops outside", no sirens on or anything, and a cop is sitting in a bush outside of the window (not visible from garage, where he was standing.... duhhh) In the end, I was not trying to bait your PSilent aim (from the original PK clip), but I was trying to bait out ESP behaviour, in which I saw you follow multiple times. "Randomly" doing a 360 to look around you, or looking in the general direction of where someone is shooting you from, but never directly at the person. You act as a csgo player trying to seem legit, but I can tell you're not by all these little hints and movements you do, the biggest and most obvious case of the ESP was in the sewers, when out of render distance, cops don't even turn the corner yet, and you instantly know to hide in a dark area of the sewers? But the second they DO peak you, you're staring directly at them (still out of render distance btw). Yes, I did read most of the appeal, but it does genuinely start where you talk about being shot from the rooftops, there is a whole one sentence about the townhouse situation when that was almost a quarter of the spectating time.

The problem here is that you have EIGHT PO's within 3 months. If your ban gets reduced or removed, whats stopping you from just doing it again? You seem to never learn and constantly put yourself into situations where you're in the wrong and get punished for it.

Ban is almost up, but from reading everything, you still did break the rules. Staff are not expected to telepathically read a disconnected players mindset. If there was truly something wrong with the initial arrest, you should've stayed on the server, and gotten staff to void the RP. Not disconnect and get yourself in more trouble. You have 17 notes and 17 bans.... Eventually you would read the rules maybe and just roleplay properly? Ontop of that, 'Extensive PO's' means you've been breaking too many rules and refuse to follow them as a whole, not individually needing to be "RDM" or "FailMug" etc... Also, why now appeal? I know for a fact its because Rem isn't here anymore and you think someone else might offer more lienciecy, genuine question. You were permabanned on March 27th, 2024, that is 116 days if im correct.

Are we not gonna talk about your friend who was also just safetying a gun, then unsafetying his gun constantly? Wasn't he saying something along the lines of "its not loaded"?... You keep saying "it spanned over 20 minutes", but I banned you based on the situation at hand like I've said a thousand times. You say "they clearly started to RDM bait", but your friend was literally pointing a gun at them for an extensive amount of time.... Once again, if you read what I said, the whole thing about the sit mismatch, I saw a single ticket that was related to "whiteshirts might cause havoc", and no other sit about it, no ID's given, no explanation given or nothing. If someone else made a sit DURING the situation or even AFTER the situation, they would've been punished further, sadly you took matters into your own hand and killing multiple innocent people for no reason. Once again, I banned you for the situation at hand that was proposed during the sit, not any of the other stuff that happened, if the other stuff was reported, I would've punished them for that, but nothing was properly reported. Its not bias or anything you can make up in your head, you just happened to have the PO's and your reasoning for shooting them was "I assumed they were all the same", you pre-emptively shot people that were not involved because you knew it wouldn't of given them a chance to fight back.

In the end, your PET flags were removed for the type of prop you placed at first, distance, location, etc... Yes you were not given any warnings about it (talking about the flags), but we as admins shouldn't have to. Especially if you have already received a recent note about it. Your attitude was generally not helping to resolve the situation either. Once you understand that props are meant to be used to enhance roleplay and not avoid or overrule, then sure I absolutely agree you should have your PET flags back.

PET Flag taking admin here (this is basically just an explanation from my side so the appeal is fair and decided properly). I first received a report about some flags blocking the alleyway. So I tracked down who it was, it was you. You were AFK and I tried talking to you and no response, I didn't PM and I agree that was my fault. . I then get another report about the same type of props in the area, but instead they were short poles.... When I figured it was you again, I tped you, and you almost instantly removed the props when I asked "whats up with the props in the alleyway again?". (Almost like you knew it was wrong) During the sit, you had brought up you put up those props because people were 'revving their cars'. This to me, I saw it as you were avoiding the confrontation roleplay by placing props down (PET flag abuse)... You then continued on to say 'other people are doing it', but yet, you didn't create a single report because you said, and I quote, word for word, "because im not a sissy crybaby". More points during the sit, you had said you have never had a note before, yet you had 3, one specifically for Prop abuse on June 13th. Less than 2 weeks ago, when I questioned you on why you simply respawned it, you had said you were placing dupes and just conveniently placed them again, yes I admit it was my fault for not pming you to not do it, but you continued on to say that it was 100% allowed because a Moderator (morty & byte (if im correct)) had said, less than 15 seconds before me pulling you that you were allowed to build there, but not prop block it to cars. I never once pulled rank on you or the moderators, but I had stated that just because one staff member said it 15 seconds before I brought you to the sit, does not mean my entire word is invalid. Ontop of that, what they said (yes I was there), was not even remotely close to "You are allowed to prop block this alley way". Genuinely, you talked yourself into getting your PET flags removed. I gave you time to calm down and have a civil conversation but you continued to yell over me and call me names, I was trying to give you a chance but you continued to lie and disrespect me. I forgot to mention, about the lying, you said you had done /me's for the "roleplay" of the parking poles. You said in real life, multiple people have put parking poles but they would be removed. But for this reply specifically, I already stated why this is and isn't allowed.

Third person peaking and looking through walls is considered exploiting. Now if you clip you doing it, its a thousand times more obvious for staff to catch people.
