+1 Allholyheaven has a wealth of experience on the server, is commited to gainful RP and overall having a jersey themed crime family is creative and will add flavor to the server. Honestly, everyone says they are sick of Italian factions, yet the only ones around are the ones that have been around from the beginning. The newly made factions always seem to be non italian and it is rare that they stick around. I have lost count at how many black and muslim factions that have been made over the years. And they never seem to last. Not to mention the name is 1980s mafia rp. And it takes place in New York. To new players that have never heard of Mafia RP and is their first time to the server, I guarantee they will be thinking the same thing that I did when I joined. Italian Mafia. That should reinforce the presence of italians in the city. Looking forward to seeing some oldschool RP brought back to the city. In the beginning that was what this server was all about. It has my vote.

Which will entail boxing, wrestling, atlas stone carries, and maybe powerlifitng meets via makeshift gym dupe. These are all ideas we've had. I wanted to see if this faction application will get accepted first before we commit time to making the dupes and whatnot. Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): The Velentzas Crime Family, having originated in Greece and operated out of Greece since the early 50's and 60's, sought to create a sister sect of their business in the United States in the 70's, 80's, and 90's. They wanted to do this, to follow their mediterrianian counter parts such as the sicilians, and italians did, as the Greeks also had a significant hand in their successes in their respective old countries. They heard of their successes in the new country and it sparked a new wave of ideas for the Velentzas Crime Family. With increased attention from greek law enforcement, and greek government agencies alike, they sought a new beginning and possibly a permenant solution to their problems back in the old country. Before they made this very risky move, the Greek Don's and other executives of the greek crime families, came to the unanimous descision to send someone they knew could be trusted with the task of creating a landing pad in preparation for the migration of their criminal enterprises, and being closer to their allies, who had money, power, and easy business. That someone happened to be a respected and trusted cousin of the Velentzas Don, Apollo. His role in the family before this consideration, was merely organizing crews and being a friendly face/peacekeeper with the other organized crime families located back in the old country. His ability to read people, his perception, his bravery, and his diplomatic approaches to hairy situations, has proven to others that if there is anyone fit to get a feel for the massive hostile and bustling city of New York, it was him. He accepted this challenge as he understood that it meant the future for his way of life, and his families way of life with no hesitation. Organizing a crew, he slowly sent people to the United States to start getting settled in, as well as to get a feel for what the crime environment was like compared to back home. As from here on out, it was up to him to provide a safe haven for those he cared about and understood back home.

Hi, PKing admin here! So let us break this down piece by piece. First, as you claimed in the sit and now here, you think NLR was broken. When you told me this during the sit, I investigated who had called the police. The person who had called the police was not in the townhouse at any point with you. They were one of the many bystanders you had outside of the house at the beginning of your conflict where you RDMd two people. They called the police with the exact phrasing being "/911 break in at TH1" and was placed just outside of the house, in the street between the lucky lady and the shop on the corner. (4604.403809,9168.859375,139.273941) This person was not anyone in the house that you killed, and they were even originally calling for the person who was noted from prop surfing trying to get into your bathroom window. Once the person was in the bathroom window, they opened fire on cops who were trying to detain them for breaking in. Now this is what leads into the interaction that led to your PK. The officer who PK'd you was the officer shot at. Whether the guy in the bathroom was with you or not, this was never confirmed, it gave the officer every right to enter the house. When he did, you and your partners all opened fire on the officer starting the VCWP. You and one other eventually lost the gunfight. Your third killed the officer and escaped the scene. When reviewing the clip again, there is no clipping, there is very fluid tracking with the laser and tracers appear to be following the path they're supposed to be. I understand wanting to make every argue you can to save your character, but there is no proof of hacking to be found here. So, due the fact there was no foul play in the 911 call, others had every right to enter the property, and there is no signs of hacking, you were PK'd for starting a VCWP.

I said my piece and don't really need to reply anymore but I thought this was funny. A whole whopping 12 hours of roleplay wowww!!! This is meaningless, people spend days, weeks, months roleplaying and still get caught on being mugging characters (Using an alternative character to mug instead of having risk on your main character). you stated it yourself multiple times your sole intention of the character is to mug until a faction gets added.

Banning admin here, You were banned for LTAP because the cop arresting you had said that you were doing a spinning tactic to stop the officers from dragging you. Which is why I added NITRP. You have a boat load of PO's and seem to not learn your lesson from the ban times. You were intentionally stopping the officers from doing their job due to a game mechanic. After you had finished doing your little spin technique, you go to the jail cells, and instantly went afk. You did not give the officers any warning that you had to leave, so this whole "Something was going on in my house", I'm calling bullshit. You intentionally went AFK the second you realized you couldn't get out of jail. You have 10 notes, and 5 bans (prior to this one), every one is related to LTAP, RDM, or NITRP. The three things that you continue to break. While yes, you did never disconnect from the server, you intentionally went afk, after trying to use a game bug to get out of the arrest. I felt 3 days was juste as you have many of those notes accumulated very recently.

You were on someone's property, who doesn't have the proper paperwork for your little stage. The clip prior is to show context that you were seen harassing the members of the establishment. PET flags are meant to expand on your properties, not to minge by placing it on others properties, and etc... If you get your flags back, what will you do differently if provided the same situation?

You claim to be deafened the entire time, but in the clips, why does the cop know to turn the corner with a gun up and instantly start shooting into the enemy party? Why did you wait around the corner, without saying a single word, pull your gun out, and instantly start shooting, the only ingame queue was Darkfire whispering "ready", when you already were fail mugging with an NYPD officer. Banning admin here, As a cop you need to make some sort of arrest attempt, as I stated in the admin sit. This was a non-violent crime and you instantly resorted to your firearm. Once again, the van is no collided, the van did not try to run you over, the person was committing a non-violent crime, the person was not a threat to you or public safety, the van stopped multiple times and you continued shooting, you could've done /doorkick multiple times to kick them out of the vehicle. Nearing the end of the sit, I was asking what you thought was fair for the ban length, after our discussion of your PO's you said, and I quote word for word, "Go ahead, permaban me, I don't care". Looking at all the facts and the rules, this does not look like false corruption, plain corruption yes maybe, but that is dealt with ICly via IA reports and witnesses etc... Your PO's do make you look guilter than you actually are, so in this case the ban will be reduced to 2 days from now as you've already served 6 days. The reasoning for the reduction and not a complete removal, is that the rules do still state that cop minging is not tolerated, and with your extensive PO's you should know better than to minge, especially on a cop character. Also, your PD blacklist will be reverted and you will have to face the consequences (if any) in character as expected when beating down that person.

PKing admin here. You were told why you were PKed and the entire situation because your link wasn't working. You were pked because you failed an attempt at a mugging, you put someone under fearrp and gave them the command of "hold still jew", that person retaliated and managed to kill you. This is called a classic failed mug. Now if you say you wearn't trying to mug him, you 1. Held a gun to his head. 2. Gave him a direct command and expected him to comply. 3. Had restraints in your inventory and a pistol only. (nothing else basically). If you want leniency on this, you should've read the rules. Including the PK guidelines.
