+1 Allholyheaven has a wealth of experience on the server, is commited to gainful RP and overall having a jersey themed crime family is creative and will add flavor to the server. Honestly, everyone says they are sick of Italian factions, yet the only ones around are the ones that have been around from the beginning. The newly made factions always seem to be non italian and it is rare that they stick around. I have lost count at how many black and muslim factions that have been made over the years. And they never seem to last. Not to mention the name is 1980s mafia rp. And it takes place in New York. To new players that have never heard of Mafia RP and is their first time to the server, I guarantee they will be thinking the same thing that I did when I joined. Italian Mafia. That should reinforce the presence of italians in the city. Looking forward to seeing some oldschool RP brought back to the city. In the beginning that was what this server was all about. It has my vote.

Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): The Velentzas Crime Family, having originated in Greece and operated out of Greece since the early 50's and 60's, sought to create a sister sect of their business in the United States in the 70's, 80's, and 90's. They wanted to do this, to follow their mediterrianian counter parts such as the sicilians, and italians did, as the Greeks also had a significant hand in their successes in their respective old countries. They heard of their successes in the new country and it sparked a new wave of ideas for the Velentzas Crime Family. With increased attention from greek law enforcement, and greek government agencies alike, they sought a new beginning and possibly a permenant solution to their problems back in the old country. Before they made this very risky move, the Greek Don's and other executives of the greek crime families, came to the unanimous descision to send someone they knew could be trusted with the task of creating a landing pad in preparation for the migration of their criminal enterprises, and being closer to their allies, who had money, power, and easy business. That someone happened to be a respected and trusted cousin of the Velentzas Don, Apollo. His role in the family before this consideration, was merely organizing crews and being a friendly face/peacekeeper with the other organized crime families located back in the old country. His ability to read people, his perception, his bravery, and his diplomatic approaches to hairy situations, has proven to others that if there is anyone fit to get a feel for the massive hostile and bustling city of New York, it was him. He accepted this challenge as he understood that it meant the future for his way of life, and his families way of life with no hesitation. Organizing a crew, he slowly sent people to the United States to start getting settled in, as well as to get a feel for what the crime environment was like compared to back home. I was the one who orginally permanently banned which got your ban lifed since you dmmed Yummeko on discord about starting a new faction and it got rightfully overruled by BoomRoasted cause it was more a discussion than a advertisement therefore i apologised towards you aswell, but not even a moment later you messaged an individual whose privacy will remain blurred and you did try to poach them to a different community cause you asked them to join your faction, because this user is still affiliated with diverge it led to your permanent ban.

Hi, PKing admin here! So let us break this down piece by piece. First, as you claimed in the sit and now here, you think NLR was broken. When you told me this during the sit, I investigated who had called the police. The person who had called the police was not in the townhouse at any point with you. They were one of the many bystanders you had outside of the house at the beginning of your conflict where you RDMd two people. They called the police with the exact phrasing being "/911 break in at TH1" and was placed just outside of the house, in the street between the lucky lady and the shop on the corner. (4604.403809,9168.859375,139.273941) This person was not anyone in the house that you killed, and they were even originally calling for the person who was noted from prop surfing trying to get into your bathroom window. Once the person was in the bathroom window, they opened fire on cops who were trying to detain them for breaking in. Now this is what leads into the interaction that led to your PK. The officer who PK'd you was the officer shot at. Whether the guy in the bathroom was with you or not, this was never confirmed, it gave the officer every right to enter the house. When he did, you and your partners all opened fire on the officer starting the VCWP. You and one other eventually lost the gunfight. Your third killed the officer and escaped the scene. When reviewing the clip again, there is no clipping, there is very fluid tracking with the laser and tracers appear to be following the path they're supposed to be. I understand wanting to make every argue you can to save your character, but there is no proof of hacking to be found here. So, due the fact there was no foul play in the 911 call, others had every right to enter the property, and there is no signs of hacking, you were PK'd for starting a VCWP.

You were on someone's property, who doesn't have the proper paperwork for your little stage. The clip prior is to show context that you were seen harassing the members of the establishment. PET flags are meant to expand on your properties, not to minge by placing it on others properties, and etc... If you get your flags back, what will you do differently if provided the same situation?

when pendred gives you everything (a new map after multiple years) and you go to the forums to promote a map created 5 years ago..... (current map literally uses some of that maps assets too......)

Banning admin here, As stated in the sit, not only was it fail corruption breaking rule 6 & 11. But you all were conveniently in the VC at the time. You claim to be deafened the entire time, but in the clips, why does the cop know to turn the corner with a gun up and instantly start shooting into the enemy party? Why did you wait around the corner, without saying a single word, pull your gun out, and instantly start shooting, the only ingame queue was Darkfire whispering "ready", when you already were fail mugging with an NYPD officer. You claimed in the sit that Caboose told you that it wasnt fail corruption, but then Caboose tells me they never said that? Babytron was Takashi, I agree with that, sure if you're mugging. But in this clip here, by Babytron, you all seem to follow in a couple seconds after, and you were already waiting there in the stairwell. "Banning" admin here, 4Lights covered basically all of it, all I need to say is that, You admitted multiple times in the sit you intentionally rammed them, then you continued to ram them into the props killing them, when I told you that you had other options you basically said no, impossible. I told you if you wanted to scare or just hit them, you could've, then turned right at the turn and that wouldn't of killed them, but you decided to continue pushing. Also stated before, you bear the consequences for your actions, unintentional or not, you blew up the vehicle and lied multiple times.

Based on your excuse of "im speeding and its unintentional", that doesnt fly. You need to bear the consequences for your actions and thats what happened. After seeing one clip I thought "oh ya know, it can happen sometimes", but there are 4 clips of 4 different instances. 3 out of the 4 clips are you ramming the same person, then the 4th clip is you not even swerving, but driving straight at the crowd and hitting them. The problem here is that you have EIGHT PO's within 3 months. If your ban gets reduced or removed, whats stopping you from just doing it again? You seem to never learn and constantly put yourself into situations where you're in the wrong and get punished for it.

Are we not gonna talk about your friend who was also just safetying a gun, then unsafetying his gun constantly? Wasn't he saying something along the lines of "its not loaded"?... You keep saying "it spanned over 20 minutes", but I banned you based on the situation at hand like I've said a thousand times. You say "they clearly started to RDM bait", but your friend was literally pointing a gun at them for an extensive amount of time.... Once again, if you read what I said, the whole thing about the sit mismatch, I saw a single ticket that was related to "whiteshirts might cause havoc", and no other sit about it, no ID's given, no explanation given or nothing. If someone else made a sit DURING the situation or even AFTER the situation, they would've been punished further, sadly you took matters into your own hand and killing multiple innocent people for no reason. That is a very recent previous offense for the same thing. Your friend got shot, who initiated the combat, he got killed for it. (you were not even at the scene to watch him die). There is no real evidence of metagame. Looking into it, even if it was an accidental kill, the servers system requires it to be a member of your own faction (and it was) it would still be a valid PK purely because you were still set active from the dons orders. When investigating this, I also assumed it was a little odd considering the dates and times. I was told "8 months ago" you were transferred out and given full permission by the Don at the time. So I got to digging, my earlier replies were wrong, I re-checked logs and I think everyone included on this forum was a little confused by two different situations. As everyone knows, Weiss turned into Takashi. On the 22nd of April, 2024, you loaded a character that was in Pruz faction. 11:17PM On the 22nd of April, 2024, you were transfered, by Spaceium. at 11:46PM On the 24th of April, 2024, the orders were set. Logs for faction transfers go back 4 months, orders were set within 1 day, 2 hours, and 41 minutes of you leaving the faction. Which leads this to be a valid PK. Even after with DMing Spaceium, he said you were given orders by a Don, yet, the only proof he was able to provide, was by a Capo. Which means you did not have permission to leave. Spaceium also noted that he does not remember transferring you, yet the logs show otherwise and that right there, is the reason you were pked. Sorry once again for all of the confusion, I assumed all of this was one giant situation and one single log search that I did improperly made me believe it truly was a false pk. But after getting some different eyes on the situation, it is 100% valid.

Then why even bring up the "beyond the 2 week limit for Don's orders!"?
