Hello, I'm the "admin" who gave you a note for the cop baiting, and honestly, I was being very lenient there. First incident, I was spectating you guys when you were coordinating an attack on a cop, and in that incident, you were apparently flashing your gun to attract the cop's attention. In the moment, I decided to not deem this as RDM since you had F3s and had reason to help your friend, but my suspicions of Cop Baiting were there, and I decided to let you go so that I could spectate you further. I have a clip of this situation, but I am not going to post it here since it's a staff spec, unless I'm told to. Second incident, in a clip where it's clear as day one of you guys are saying "Go find cops" and then when the cop shows up, you decide to flash your gun intentionally to bait him into arresting you. When he does, you proceed to kill him. In my opinion, I have failed as a Staff member not to ban you right then and there. I decided to be lenient and note you all for cop baiting. You have a chance to come back and do better while he doesn't, at least not for a long time. If the third one was still around when you continued to cop bait (the 'girl char' you used to bait cops with aka STEAM_0:0:599425353), then I'm surprised he is not banned as well, considering his rap sheet. On the other hand, I can confirm there was radio/IC communication during the first two events, and I did not notice any metagaming (not to take away that it may have happened then or later on when I left).

Hello Vethar, Sorry for the delay, after some discussing I've came to the conclusion to lift your ban from your account. I came to an agreement this was properly escalated. You two were getting verbally disrespected by Pearce in the vehicle and you guys decided to follow him, since he was driving at walking pace, you guys ran up and started punching the vehicle which is part of the escalation. Since you can't really damage Pearce you guys roleplayed it out by doing damage on someones belongings (his car) In the video you provided you started the escalation yourself, you insult them and their reaction is them 'chasing' you since you're driving at walking pace through little italy and they have any right to confront you about it (also because UA and Commission is in the middle of a conflict) now that I looked back at it, to me it looks like YOU (Pearce) were hoping for some sort of reaction out of it, since you did not drive off. You were escalating it yourself and didn't really make an attempt to get away after you disrespected these men. You could've reversed with the vehicle and went on a different direction, since the guy with the christmas shirt was infront of your vehicle. You backed off and what it looks like to me is intentionally ran him over and said "Ight bet" which was a proper reason for them to kill you. You insult them, they respond by punching your vehicle after some words exchanged you ran one of them over and they kill you. Regarding the metagame accusations it's very hard to proof if they were metagaming in a vc which will be looked at. After I’m finished with whatever scenario I might be in at that time, I’d swap over to my staff character, and take the ticket that was likely made by then, if no other staff member had gotten to it before myself. If there were any more tickets open I’d do them also while I’m already on my staff character. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Assuming I believe that it was abuse, being wrongful action on purpose, I would immediately notify a member of UA of what I believed was going on, and that I will collect evidence of anything I notice and believe is abuse. I believe that notifying a member of UA early is an important part so that they might be able to find evidence that I would not. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: As I said in my last application, I believe it’s important to acknowledge that bias is something subconscious and can be present in decisions even if someone was trying to make a decision in the most unbiased way they possibly could. This being said, if I noticed this ticket was against someone I knew before I took it, I wouldn’t take it unless there was no other way the ticket would be handled. If I took the ticket and then realized it was someone I believe I might have bias towards, I would pass the ticket off to another staff member to prevent any biased decisions from being made. If a scenario were to arise where I had no other options but to take the ticket, I would make the most unbiased decision I can possibly make and send all relevant evidence and information to another staff member for a second opinion whenever I would be able to recieve one. In regards to prior behavior, obviously my opinion of how a member of my faction or a friend of mine is doesn’t mean they can never break a rule, and that is what the staff member handling the ticket is there to determine. There are always the proper means to appeal any decisions made if they are wrongful. Banning Staff member here, You screamed out "Is that Pearce" which even with him being a "Known" person, you wouldn't know his Character and you haven't had a formal introduction with this character as his Pearce Character was PK'd, you didn't have his name, and this is what caused him to pull over, and at that moment you guys started punching his vehicle, even returning to punch his vehicle after the guy in blue was pushed away, and he ran him over, and got out without being hostile and approached you, you then pulled a Gun on him, and shot him. I asked for a second opinion from a Admin, who also agreed with the RDM/ RDM Baiting, in which you also have Post Offenses for both.

Hi Vethar, I was the one you killed in this situation. There is a way to escalate this situation appropriately. Your logic does not apply to how the rules work. What you are saying is, "He used words to disrespect us, so kill him." This is the prime example of RDMing. There was no direct threat to you, nor to your partner. Both of you went out of your way to block my vehicle; and subsequently hit my car for no reason. Similarly to how no damage was done to me, no harm was done after being run over. However, you went out of your way to take your firearm out and kill me, while not posing any threat to you. It doesn't change the fact that you RDM'ed. Rather if both of us took guns out while aiming at each other/having it off safety or pistol whipped one another, then you and I would be getting into a fight that wasn't breaking any rules. Instead, you just posted an RDM clip and an RDM bait. Similarly, you somehow knew who I was without having my recognition or my name in game; essentially, you bring OOC knowledge into the game and use it for your IC bias. (It appears he may have tried to get himself VDMed.) VSync may have been a small issue, but you can see I was trying to still drive, but couldn't because your friend came infront. My initial reaction would be to stop. At the end of the day, this to me looks like your argument is "I got disrespected, so I will take my firearm out and shoot the guy while I have the chance because I forced him to do something." And this, again, is the prime definition of RDM Baiting. 0:25 of your clip, you can see me walk out the vehicle with no firearm in my hand. Essentially, I wasn't an active threat to you, and you went out to still shoot me down.

To add onto this, in your clip 0:03 Seconds; How did you and your friend take out hands at the exact same time without giving each other a mutual understanding you would hit the car? This looks a lot like you metagamed this to be in unison with your partner.
