What is your motivation/reason for applying?: My main motivations for applying is trying to help the community i enjoy and love playing on, I've noticed peoples dissatisfaction with the staff that is usually online, specifically moments where it takes forever for an admin to respond to a ticket. I believe I can fill that spot people need as i am nearly always active and I feel I've gained the liking of those around me, especially RP-wise. My goal for becoming an admin is to make sure everyone that has made a staff ticket is satisfied and to clear up the messes of the server such as RDM, MRDM, VDM, MVDM, NITRP, and minges in general. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I should be considered over other candidates because of my desire of helping the server become a better place to enjoy Garry's Mod. I also believe i will be a lot more active than other candidates since i am currently in between jobs and have a lot of time in my hands in general. I can always be there when I'm needed unless IRL situations occur. I also feel like I can make MafiaRP a better experience for everybody that plays, I have experienced many minges in my time on the server and I know how to catch one and I can easily determine if someone is a minge or is just new the server. I have done my best to get my name out there and i feel i have done that. I believe i have a reputation of a professional boxer that is serious about money but oocly people that get to know me most likely see me as a goofy person that likes to have fun in the server. People in the city have called me a likeable person, others call me a cheapskate but I've made a lot of friends in my short time here and mostly everyone I've encountered has grown a liking towards me. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: My favorite Diverge moment was the New Years party at the Governors mansion. Have any staff members recommended you? Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would use medal (a clipping software) and send it to any online staff. If i am the only staff member that is currently on the server, I change to my admin character and bring the "RDM'er" into a staff sit. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would get a clip of a specific situation and report it to a UA. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would take them to a staff sit and handle the situation on my own, I would clip the entire sit and send it to a fellow staff member to get a second opinion.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I believe this situation is unfair because it was a genuine mistake. During the transfer, "Housefire" was assisting me by acting as a model. In the process, he accidentally forgot to return 1 item to the correct character.(Flamingo Rose Gold Chain) I had another character with some items I intended to purchase on my main character to sell in my catalogue so i had "Housefire" model them for me so i can work on my catalogue sooner then waiting to purchase the items and having him model again, and when he returned the item, he mistakenly gave 1 to the wrong character, and neither of us noticed at the time. The logs show that I dropped several items, which he then picked up and equipped. Afterward, he unequipped them and dropped them again, with some of those items belonging to my other character. I have no prior offenses or warnings regarding item transfers, and I would never have intentionally broken the rules. This was clearly an accident on my part, and I believe it was equally an accident on "Housefire’s" part, given the large number of items (around 30-40 clothing items) we were handling. No PK rule was violated, and I believe the PK is unfair because the rule break was unintentional. While I understand the need for consequences, I feel that a ban may be justified, given that I did technically break the rules—even if it was unintentional. Additionally, I admit that I lied to "Dutchcat" during the admin sit, which was unnecessary. At the time, I had no idea what was going on, as this occurred over two months ago, and I was scared when I was told I was getting PK’d over it. I’ve invested a lot of time into this character, and I acted out of confusion and fear. I understand what I did was really stupid but it was in fact an accident as well as i do understand if my appeal does not get accepted, I should have been more observant during this process because item transfer is a pk able offense but it was 1 stupidly cheap over spawned in item that did not benefit my main char what so ever. However, considering the accidental nature of the incident, I don’t think a PK is appropriate in this case If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I have 30+ pictures from the photoshoot will DM to anyone if needed

The last time you were permanently banned it was for Mass RDM + 3 ban evasion attempts. In your appeal you claimed to want to actually RP and not act like a child, that appeal was accepted and afterwards you ended up being banned 5 more times for an assortment of RDMs and even a Ddos threat, you then attempted to ban evade (again). You were already given your second chance (and 4 more after that frankly) so in this instance your word doesn't really mean much. If you're interested in putting your money where your mouth is and risking something; you can make a ticket in the main discord. Otherwise I am obligated to deny the appeal at this time.

Literally no one would miss you. You are useless. Everyone, including the majority of the server hates you and how you conduct yourself as a player and Detective. You are fundamentally wrong with your ideas of how the server operates. This is a Mafia RP, as someone who has played diverge for four years, the thrill of it is the metagame, not the chance of being caught. Getting caught is some of the most meaningless, useless roleplay for most people, and its why most players would rather commit suicide than go to a sit with you. Believe it or not, without you, Pendred would kill himself. The server grease wheel would move on and on with or without you. Again, you are useless. Your characters are all jokes. You are a power hungry freak who abuses countless systems to meet your own fantasies. You weren't even a successful criminal which lead your to power trip in a crim faction. Get a grip. I don't know what plague concoction you drank to make you so deluded and so vulnerable to your own sick fantasies, but enough is enough. There’s a difference between arrested and prosecuted. The self-report can most likely lead to the cuffs being slapped on, either due to patrol incompetence or an experienced officer being overzealous, but you won’t get convicted if it actually was. The DA’s office likely won’t charge you, and if they do they’re wasting their time. There is no way you couldn’t possible create a reasonable doubt when you are innocent.

We're strict so that our playerbase have fun and actually feel safe around people who break the rules intentionally, or frequently. We only issue bans if either you broke a few rules like RDM LTAP or are known for having recent punishments. We don't work like DarkRP where they'll give you 500 verbal warning for mass rdm before a ban. This is serious roleplay, also blaming it on the system that has been working for a longer time than you've even been on the server is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. We need to change our system because YOU were to lazy to read the Server Rules where it clearly states when you're allowed to "hospitalize" (kill) with valid reason There is also a keyword, you're saying Staff doesnt want to listen whilst you were literally spamming them in Discord, no shit that they're ignoring you.

From the fact they may of Ai generated this, it to me seems like they do not really care about the matter and are just using it as a means of taking out some competition. It is clear in both perspectives that numerous people had given him warnings, whilst he is calling out a package location. Meaning he fully knew what he was getting into, the fact this was even reported as RDM seems like power game in the sense of abusing server rules to their favor. Maybe I'm looking at this the wrong way but I can not see any other way of looking at it, at this time.

And learn new things along the way. The only server where I have staffed is Prometheus and the server atmosphere is a bit different compared to this one so I would take staffing here as a new challenge. I also wish to contribute even more to the server as I have been playing for a long time but never really had the chance to have a good impact on it so this is the perfect chance for me to do this. Besides these reasons, I also have work experience in customer service (irl) so it will be nice to apply the skills I have into moderating the server, showing patience, making sure people are satisfied with the assistance provided, avoiding bias, and so on.
