No, once a character is deleted it is gone forever. There's no ability to restore it, re-make or be 'comped'. All the data is gone as a result of a decision/action by the user. Unfortunately this will force me to close this appeal since the character no longer exists.

1+ i say give the man a second chance the server has been shit for so long it is not smart to ban the player base due to these silly shenanigans cause then you lose ppl for good especially when you genuinely want to play with your friends on these servers and try something new and then have to compromise.

When you join a criminal faction, you must accept the risks (shown here) The reasons your faction gave were that you were a suspected informant, and that absolutely could cause an IC investigation or any of the other legitimate reasons to PK a fellow faction member. At the very least, have it at your properties. Kind of dumb that you are restricted to two properties, but you are allowed to have one of your rackets in another building.
