I am banned from the main Diverge community group in discord, I'm not sure why. @zan1arfocloser Please help, thanks.

Hi there, I was the admin who handled this ban - You were banned for Powergame, NITRP and NLR To define powergame: Powergaming is described as forcing a scenario or roleplay onto someone against their will, usually in violation of the rules. Using other game mechanics to powergame can include, attempting to force players to do things outside of the server, forcing players to commit suicide, forcing players to commit crimes, forcing players to RP or /me's against their will, forcing players to give their f3, etc etc, By dropping a brick of drugs into an operating business, and with PD nearby - you blatantly powergamed. Whilst I realize this may be a rule you were unfamiliar with, it is on you to have read the rules of the server. You can find them at the link provided below. I did item transfer and I will admit that, it was a huge mistake and I have learned from it and I have bettered myself from it. However, in no way did I use staff to abuse the item transfer system. I don't understand where these assumptions come from (maybe due to the fact that I was staff very shortly before I got flagged for item transfer). But in no way did I try to bypass item transfer detection by using my knowledge as staff.

God forbid a person makes a mistake. This guy needs to get off the stick he's sitting on. Everyone makes mistakes at some point or another, Sauerkraut's a competent dude and he's got alot more experience in the server since allat.

This did happen, and I don't think you can be trusted to be staff ever again because of this. As I mentioned on your other staff application a while ago, you tried and failed to bypass the item transfer detection and got caught by @4Lights. -1

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Don't remember what honestly happened. I remember getting punched by someone inside a restaurant that wasn't being friendly. It was an italian restaurant. So i came back to shoot them since they harmed me first(Within the same life). I died afterwards. I was within the chess park area rping with other people not related afterwards with the new life. The restaurant was across the street on the corner, I don't remember anyone from the restaurant being in the vicinity. About i feel like it was 10minutes outside of rp i got off. Why should you be unbanned? I haven't been on the server consistently for like about a year. I do have VIP on the server and Its been already a couple days. I just wanted to join my friends for a gaming session tonight. (Edit: also I don't mean to say VIP can get away with things, but it shows I support the server and im not just random person causing trouble intentionally I couldve maybe done too much and didnt realize at the time, the server has changed over the years) Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I usually only record if something funny happened or someone is breaking the rules.
