/notepad

It would be a pretty good addition to RP to make a notepad which you could draw as a physical item in your inv. This could be used for restaurant RP where you write out tickets and give them to the kitchen, or for jotting down phone numbers, taking messages for people, or leaving physical notes for people to read. It would just be a lot more convenient and immersive than making a google doc, printing it out, and then handing it to someone. The way I envision it working is a bit like the stolen checks only its reusable for a certain amount of notes. You would right click on the notepad, start new note. On the new note you would just write on a blank paper, or a sheet of lined paper, the writing system being like the stolen checks. Using left click to write and right click to erase. Then you would click a button to tear off the note, then giving yourself the note as an item to give/do with as you please. The only problem I see there being is a huge increase of items in the server from people making a bunch of notes. So, maybe to counter that you could also add a recycling bin where old notes and old printed out things could go too. Or just add a lighter and let us burn shit.

Why I agree with Byte's assessment that there was a rule break, I do agree with you that 1 week for a first offense surrounding a fail mug might be alittle long. You do seem to be a bystander in this instance, and to me appeared to be following order and joining in based off a command from a higher up. I advise you read the rules surrounding mugging and all rules in general and when your ban is up come back and RP within these rules. The ban will be reduced to 48h.

Hello, While yes the officers link was lacking a bit of context, yours had plenty. Your clip shows you inserting yourself into a pursuit of someone you don’t know/have the f3 of. Borderline minging and cop baiting. Throughout the chase you made MULTIPLE attempts to, and even successfully at times, purposefully crash into these officers to disrupt the chase. Effectively using your vehicle as a weapon, beginning the violent confrontation. And even @ 1:04 in your clip it appears as if you are making an attempt to backup and knock over the officer. Eventually the officers have enough of your antics and shoot your tires in an attempt to hinder your attempts to flee. By doing this they didn’t even damage you at all. If it hadn’t been for the other points I previously made I would possibly maybe have a differing opinion. But that is not the case here. You then knock over the two officers and kill one. All while using OOC terms and giggling autisticly. You purposefully inserted your self in this interaction, you purposefully used your vehicle as a weapon, you purposefully killed a cop and then died. Had you not done all this your character will still be alive, this is all on you.

With that in mind, you have been given countless chances to learn from past mistakes, each extension of bans length-wise was a chance for you to learn from those mistakes. With your time in this community and your countless warnings, you should already know what is, and what is not, allowed to be done. You were banned for RDM'ing a officer who was attempting to arrest your friend who was being arrested for misdemeanor charges. In Server rules under Killing Rules 16: “You may attack Officers if they attempt to Arrest/Detain you or a member of your group, knowing that an arrest or detainment would lead to a FELONY charge (Having illegal guns/drugs/etc.) You are PK active after shooting/killing an officer.”

-1 seems like a good idea on paper but 'being funny' is probably not the best kick-start for an idea. afterthought, could be an okay idea if you forced each and every cadet/probie to do 'desk duty' and be a dispatcher for a period, or have certain required hour #'s for pd seniority positions

Especially a week at that, your reasoning is completely brittle and I see absolutely zero reason on why a punishment was given out other than "I felt like it" Not only that but you did absolutely nothing about the meta-gaming which is clearly a worse offense. Using my "previous notes" to justify a ban is retarded as well, none of them have anything to do with mugging and if it warranted it I would've been banned from those, but I wasn't. You should address the situation and only the situation not irrelevant things to it. It is not my job to tell the higher-ups in the faction how to do the mugging, that's their discretion and YOU should know this, so treating some low-level newbie to the same standard as someone who is a diverge veteran is also complete insanity. You know just as well as I do because you seen several clips I was hardly even involved in the situation so comparing the two is retarded. I appreciate your swiftness to address the situation but I think your punishments are completely unwarranted because I did nothing to directly hinder roleplay, if you want to chap somebodies ass you should chap the ass of the higher up who gave the order, not me.

It shows you have no regard for actual roleplay." The age, assets, and past history of this char clearly show that its sole purpose is not mugging. And my final point, I have never been PK'd for mugging, which further shows that I have no intentions on making or having a char exclusively for mugging, as mentioned in rule #12.
