When i joined the Colombo discord they were still in the commission on trial period which they had been for a like a few months or something and i already explained it to happy when that happened. I dont have a character in their faction and never have had one and how the fuck am i supposed to know if you have orders on me or not that makes absolute 0 sense and is seriosly an invalid argument for anything to do with me joining their discord which is OOC anyways. Second of all when you are saying you placed orders on me i was still in the faction for several months without you doing absolutely anything still had roles and wasnt retired and played a decent bit pretty often. And again i did give you the F3 like the next day or something. And no i wasnt pulled into any room we was in the backroom of the La Volpe when that was at City hall i had already said i was going off and then as a joke i ran outside you werent even in the room when it happened if i remember correctly (but i may be wrong its been what 9-10 months since that happened) And again i wasnt retired there was never a reprimand nor any kind of sitdown for any situation that you are saying happened.

Myself and falcon who were enforcers at the time had you pulled into a room where the underboss demanded you gave us your name when you disconnected from the server (LTARP not disrespect) that is the night we had orders placed on you. keep in mind this is only when we took your discord roles you gotta understand how it looks from a faction point of view when one of your “retired” guys you have orders on joining an enemy faction discord during escalation 5 we removed your discord roles to make sure you would not leak our radio.

I was really immature at the time and was not thinking about things before I do. I really miss all my friend's from the sever and would love to come back in the city. I was banned around 5 months ago, I plated evidence in a work place thinking it was not going to get me banned at the time (since then I have read all of the severs rules). I felt really stupid when I was pulled into the sit for the power gaming since I didn't read the rule and ltap and left the sever. I realized how immature it was to do that and I feel like I should of just waited and seen what happened I mite of not got perm banned if I did that. I am really sorry and I have now grown since then. If I had the chance to go back into the city it would be great, I would make sure to follow the rules all of them. Since I know them now, and would like to give it a shot again and really try to be a better person for the sever and not break rules.
