Hello! Banning admin here. First, you did commit RDM. I personally went light with it and only gave you an over arching one when you in fact shot several people not involved at all. Shown in your own clip you shoot multiple bystanders who didn't even have weapons out on safety! Much less were an active threat to you. Escalation rules from the killing rules always apply. This second POV shows it even clearer. They had just left the building, were trying to leave, and you just shot them. Here. Second, the RDM bait. You already have multiple POs for it. I would hope you know the rules around it better. You were being purposely antagonistic to evoke the reaction you got. They gave you countless chances to leave their property which you took as an invitation to escalate. This is again proven by your own clip. You know you are purposefully pissing them off, and you begin to hover your gun before anyone gets physical with you. The second they give you a reason to shoot you begin shooting well, everyone, even those not involved. This is your fifth offense for RDM bait. I hope you take this time to actually read the rules this time. Finally, staff are not required to pull you. I was given the clip which was clear RDM. Upon investigating your notes I saw you already had an extensive history for the exact same offense. Me pulling you achieved nothing other than hearing you give the same excuse you give here. I genuinely hope you take this time to reflect and return. Come back to us as someone who actually wants to RP and contribute to our community. Not be purposely antagonistic to cause shoot outs as people are trying to leave events.

Haven’t kept up with Hans much ever since the ban but based off our more recent conversations it seems to me like he has changed since those days. Definitely not as excitable as he once was. Would love to see him get another chance to redeem himself.

A cooking system sounds like a decent idea, you could order ingredients and use a fridge to store the ingredients and pull them out. Then a stovetop could be used to “cook/prepare the food”: The only thing that needs to be brought in is I believe people paid to have certain food items in the game(I could be wrong).

i saw some appeals had paragraphs why they should be unbanned but i know yall dont wanna read all that so ill keep it short. i played on the server when i was 15 and had fun but when i was gonna sell my pc i thought itd be funny to send gore on the main server. it was immature and looking back not sure how it was even funny i just bought a new pc today and thought itd be worth an appeal as gmod players i think we can all agree at some point we had bad humor in one way or another. also i realize its the only server worth playing on this game after logging on after 3 years i appreciate any thought you put in my appeal not sure if i shoulda put my steam id but let me know anything i missed and i will inform.

I mean the main reason why gov cant go against factions is we dont have a main char rule for gov only, rightfully so, but it creates situations where gov is used as a tool by factions to fight their conflicts against other factions they disslike, its not really possible to give the gov more power without factions using it to attack each other its inevitable
