Length of ban: 2 Days. Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was unfairly banned for no intent to roleplay, when I made it very clear to the staff I was roleplaying. SexaphoneGod pulled me to a sit and told me people next door to my business were not happy with the music being played. I told him multiple times I was roleplaying meditating and it is not against the rules to use a music box on a property that I have ownership of. He then told me to play my music elsewhere as it was interfering with roleplay next door. I said that is an in character issue, and should be handled in character, he then ignored what I had said and put me back in my business. Once I was in my business he then was invisible and deleted my hi-fi box. I told him it is not against the rules what I am doing and that he is ruining my meditation roleplay. I then spawned another one as Dong earlier had told me to purchase 10 and continue what I was doing. Before I could even start my music SexaphoneGod deleted it yet again, I told him keep deleting it, and I will keep placing another one down. Making an alt isn't a ban, using an alt account to ban evade is what gets you permanently banned. Which is exactly what you tried to do a couple of days ago.

gmod nutscript pvp has a lot of its own niches, hylics had a pvp server while it started out and it was insanely fun! i think it would be really fun for a more casual server (all ooc of course) where u can just do ffa and chill yk? gamers will always have the urge to shoot each other, having a server where u can do this instead of doing in the streets would be very beneficial to the rp, im definitely guilty of this of running 1v1s in city and understand it can disturb the rp, see the start of this clip for example https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/llbfZ8EZLxJzmeZvb.
