+1 He's been having issues with Gun fire in the city for a while now, absolutely no reason for a pk especially if hes willing to give the Muggers his items, at the very most should be a short LTARP ban.

I mean sure there are greifers on the server but not a lot compared to other RP servers from what I have seen. Wish the staff would at least give my appeal a shot.

@FiresideCone34Yeah we talked about this. I said I was turning my music down, but have you ever even been mugged out of the blue while you're just on autopilot thinking you're safe as can be? You get super nervous and don't even realize what's actually going on. Imagine you're listening to some music from your physical IRL phone and trying to process what's going on all within what, a couple seconds? Those seconds feel like minutes. I'm pressing physical buttons on my phone and adjusting my headset volume as they're mugging. Visually, I'm confused on what is going on. I'm processing so much in just a few seconds. I get that in their "POV" it looks valid, but think about it in my POV and how I'm feeling. I couldn't even speak because I was so confused and scared. I had three guns on me and three different people talking over each other as I'm adjusting volume. Again as you said, muggers and those getting mugged are equally at risk of getting PKed. However, these characters are designed purely for mugging other players with information gathered from metagaming. What are they risking aside from a character slot they don't grind on?

+1 Free my boy, at minimum unpk with an LTARP ban. I know for a fact this guy has been mugged before and also arrested/put in situations where most imbeciles would LTARP. This guy is aware of the rules and knows the consequence of LTARP in muggings/arrests. I fully believe he would never intentionally do something like this, If he wanted out he wouldve went out swinging.

If it's a common place glitch/bug that people crash during gunfire- that needs to be looked into and the player not be held at fault. Especially if it's causing issues during serious circumstances like this. +1 to Revive him.

Im 110% biased on this post because he is my friend but I will say he has been having some type of addon issue since I very first met him like 2 months ago, every single time that someone shoots around or near him, his entire game will crash without even a pop up. "Reaper" is a pretty well known good guy in rp around the city not known for being a minge or doing shaddy stuff to get out of being in trouble. Ive never even seen this char arrested and weve been friends for awhile. I think the idea of giving the items to the person that was robbing him isnt a bad idea at all shows he doesnt care about the items just wants to make it right and explain himself. Even a like 2 week ban would be better than a char ban on a capo that is known for pretty good RP. Again im biased as this is my friend but I personally outside of our friendship believe him because ive seen him crash and have internet issues ALL the time in game when we do deals together etc.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was doing a deal with someone and I picked the guy up from the ATM near the car dealership, and he said we could go anywhere for the deal, so I chose the parking lot in the tunnel. before I picked up the guy I told my buddy to watch and follow me to the deal incase I was going to be robbed or something (I didn't have a weapon on me). I waited 2 minutes until he arrived just in case of anything and then me and the guy i picked up hopped out. I gave him 30k and then all of a sudden some guy came out of nowhere. No car, no nothing and then they started to rob me and told me to turn around and get up against the wall, so I did my buddy was in his own parked car. They told him to get out of the car He didn't do it fast enough apparently, so they just shot him without knowing if he was with me or not and then I started to lag and i couldn't move and then my game crashed because of the gun shots and this has been happening to me for a couple of days when gun shots are close to me. I understand it seems like I disconnected to not be robbed, but my game did crash. I would have just did an escalation ticket AFTER they robbed me but the reason i did not return right away was because i was also having internet issues at the time there was a sever thunder storm where i live and my wifi kept turning on and off but i came back 30-40 mins later after my wifi was working. medal wasn't set to startup with my pc so i don't have a clip but This is all fixed now. I'm also willing to give all the items on my char to the person that was robbing me to make this right just to prove my case.

This has got to be one of the most ironic things i've ever read on a ban appeal ever. I, too appreciate the staff team for keeping some people out!

Man i almost felt bad for you until that point. It's not hard to not break rules buddy, I say take what you've learned and move onto the next server. Getting a third chance out of pity isn't gonna do you any good either.

Man let me lyk. First be a good cop for a long time. You can’t be a corrupt cop off the bat u need to build a good rep of yourself and show that u a trust worthy. Then eventually if you decide to be corrupt, I won’t say how but someone faction will approach you and start asking u to do certain things in exchange for money but that’s what u got to figure out and u can’t break the rules so follow the rules too.
