Hello; You guys are claiming he had cuffs out due to a visual bug which could be possible, but honestly I do not see any attempt from this specific officer to make an attempt on detaining / arresting anyone within the scene. The note will be removed from your record but the 1 day ban stays. Since you already had a previous note for RDM. Just because a person is incompetent doesn't give anyone a free pass on breaking the rules. Not everyone is fast

I was the guy in the gold tracksuit and the white beard. The reason why the cop stopped me was because I pulled my gun out and made it go click click for two seconds. The officer then comes up to me asking for my ID. I show my ID but the officer is a very incompetent person and asked me if it was a class one or three and I answered honestly that it was a class one then they bugged out their model where it looked like they were holding cuffs because the charges would’ve been a felony charge. Another faction member shot the cop in the head.

Hello, first of all i want to state i wasn't involved in the situation at all. But i wanted to argue that "Due to your behavior in the sit room, your punishment was needed to be bigger." You cant just extend somebody’s punishment based on the way they talk or the words they use. The only topic banned by UA here is “ERP”, besides that players aint obligated to respect nobody or talk all polite n proper. And considering the dude you banned is clearly not somebody who’d even raise NITRP suspicion, plus you literally admitted yourself that you extended the punishment because of his behavior, it’s kinda obvious the call you made wasnt really the right one. Now if the player bein disrespectful makes you wanna use your own judgement and hit him with the max punishment for the rule he actually broke, thats fully your right as staff. But you cant increase somebody’s punishment just cause they got emotional, mad, or started venting their feelings. I know you still pretty new to being staff and my intention aint to teach you your job or point fingers at your mistakes, I just wanted to respectfully say that I dont think the decision you made really lines up with the server rules. And in a situation this complicated and open to debate, where the player clearly wasnt intentionally doing RDM and doesnt even got a crazy record/history, banning him mainly because of the way he acted over the admin sit, just dont feel like the right move to me. Just wanted to put that out there. Wish both sides good luck on the appeal tho, much love n respect.

I was in the officer involved in the shooting. You and your friends were in on it and know full well that you were all breaking the law. We were dealing with an event, and it seems that unfortunately you and the people who were PK'd weren't invovled from that bank robbery event. We decided to chase yall because of the heighten and intense situation. It was a really bad timing. Still, it doesnt excuse you and your friends actions. If one person starts to instigate a violent confrontation, then I understand we are going to use reasonable force. That alone lead to your PK. You chose to be in that scenario. There would be many other options were you could have surrender, by placing your hands up in the air. As I approached closer, you're intentions were clear that you and your friends wanted to escape being captured instead of being cornered and subdued. Lowkey, yall fought valiantly, and lost. Deciding to shoot and kill an Officer to escape arrest is a calculated risk you take, where the penalty for failure is death. If an Officer shoots your faction member/friend, while it may be within server rules for you to defend them if you choose to do so and are killed you are still PK'ed. It's an in character choice and consequence you risk when deciding to engage police. I will provide my point of view of this situation. Again i'm confused because halfway through my clip you explicitly state i'm going to recieve a note and to be careful, i have a verbal dispute with the person in the sit who's a known minge cop and who was actively trying to ragebait in the sit by forcing implications i shot him because he annoys me or because he's black icly, the only thing you said was just "what are you talking shit about her now?" and then went on to ban me.

As a player at the scene, the officer surrendered and bugged their viewmodel out showing they had their cuffs out clearly, not shown in the clip were multiple people addressing the fact they pulled their cuffs out then the officer tabbed out to go run his id for the second time, the entire situation was taking far too long for a simple ID check and the officer was blatantly trying to find any reason to arrest or restrain the person. previously stating they were going to take him into the station for questioning with zero reason to do so.
