again You had killed a person while under our WL for no apparent reason bringing heat to our fac, to add on you did this on/very close to an allied factions property right in front of cops and for you to do this you would physically have to pull your fists out pick the person up and throw them on to the ground, which to me that sounds completely intentional. we don't want this type of heat from anyone in our WL both then and now, but best of luck on your appeal

I used a prop gun and struck several player objects with it essentially for no reason (this was highly unlike me as I took the server very seriously for a long time) during class in school. I was 14 or 15 then, if I'm being honest, I can't perfectly remember, but I'm 18 now and a student at university who loves RP games because of my time with 1980's Mafia Roleplay, and I would love to be able to play it again. Why should you be unbanned? - The ban happened when I was a freshman in high school, and a lot has changed since then.
