I am appealing this case against me as I feel this was unfair and the consequences for my actions should be reconsidered. I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to respectfully request a reconsideration of my ban from MafiaRP. I understand the seriousness of the actions that led to my removal from the community, and I’d like to explain my perspective, express sincere remorse, and ask for some understanding of what happened. I started Garry's Mod not too long ago (around a week or 2). With little understanding, like most players, I joined the first and one of the biggest public servers also known as MafiaRP. All I did at the start was just roam around and figure out how to play, hell I didn't even know how to use voice chat. My first 5 hours were solely on MafiaRP and I didn't understand what RP, RDM, NITRP, LTARP, NLR, etc, meant. Even to this day I still don't know the terms. I was just working myself around garrysmod figuring out how to play and what to do. But ill explain my beginnings of the ban's page on forums. My first offence was me getting banned for the following: LTARP/ PO x3/ Attempted RDM in sit. Which to be quite frankly with you, I have no clue what that meant at the time since it was my first time playing and I wasn't told what PO x3 meant and I still don't know what this means to this day. Attempted RDM which I know now as random deathmatch. Which I understand what they mean but the admin was in God mode and I only had fists but I totally agree with them on this ban. LTARP was me not knowing the rules which is partially my fault for not knowing what it meant by reading the rules, but a warning would've been nice, especially for this case. The 2nd offence was me killing officers on sight, then again this was like the day after I was unbanned, when I still partially didn't understand the rules. I had killed an officer named Joey Grimes which was within the rules and was accepted. I then was feeling on top of the world and shot 2 officers for doing nothing because I had heard from Joey Grimes in a voice call in discord that he had like the whole PD on me at the time (there was like 7 people online total). So I made a mistake, the second the car stopped at me and the pals I made when I was a fugitive, I shot both of them, without them saying a word. I am truly sorry for acting out this way but I had felt the need to since I didn't want PK. The 3rd offence was me messing around and fighting people on the streets for fun with the same pals I made earlier. This offence had happened when I saw a guy on the street, and by the way, we have had past with this guy. I just asked him for some simple medicine. He then replies,"F*ck ni@!**, I ain't got shit for you" and out of prior beef with guy in vc's and other conflicts, I had acted up. I am sorry for what I did and shouldn't have done it. I just have never felt on top of the world like that. (I also had a bounty on me by like 10 people because of some conflicts I got in so I was alarmed). I was then brought in by bullets, which I accepted the ban and didn't argue with what he had ruled, he said 3 days for RDM and that should've been the end of it. Final Ban: I wake up in the morning on the day of my unban and try to log on, but then I see it is perm banned on everything, even discord. I then hop one of the accounts I had and try to ask them the reason for a permanent ban. They don't respond and I have a simple conversation with xdutch. I then get told as satire in the ticket by Monaclu that the reason I was banned was because someone said I was Jewish and they had to perma ban for that. (I hope this was a joke). I then move on in the ticket and Xdutch comes back telling me that I was banned for the following "Being a weird kid in the discord and RDM PO x2" Which like three of the admins said didn't make sense to ban me for 2x PO of RDM. I had hopped on alts because of how I was and I truly enjoyed the server. I was really eager to be unbanned and felt this was wrong. I am so sorry for what I had done and wish to be back on server just for ONE MORE CHANCE. I was new and didn't understand. Conclusion: I understand what I did was wrong. And I wish I could express how sincerely I apologize to those people. I know what I did wasn't cool or nice. I didn't know at the time it can ruin the experience for others as I had seen a lot of people around me act the same. I’ve only had so many hours in garrysmod, and I’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again. I really enjoy being part of this server and this is the only server I play on gmod, and I just want a chance to make it right and move on from this. This will never happen again. picture of ban

Goodafternoon, After checking some notes and logs we've came to a mutual agreement that this ban stays as is. You both gained acces to the PD by abusing the sit function in order to bait a situation aswell, whenever the cop tried to taze one of you when you stood up, they immediately sat down, very cop baity. When you both realised he switched to his staff character you guys fled and abused out of PD like how you got in, logs provide enough evidence that you guys have tried to get in pd by abusing the sit function, not just that, you have 3 days of playtime and already received 2 bans. I suggest you to start taking this serious and please try not to disrupt others and their RP. I understand you two were just trying to have fun, but there are clearly no 'off hours' that grants you to break rules. 3 days is more than justified to me. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified. Ensure you have read our Server Rules.

We appericiate you for being honest and having insight over the mistake you made, however we felt it should be denied due to your prior note for PD Raiding, whenever you realised he switched to his staff character you realised and tried to exit as fast as you could whilst laughing about the whole situation. Baited the situation aswell by wanting to make a police report and after that you both sat down. 3 days is very lenient Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. Hello. Thank you for responding to my appeal! So to describe this, and once again, I'm not trying to justify my actions whatsoever, I was just switching chairs to sit next to my friend Marothy. At no point did we intentionally attempt to cop bait you, as you didn't make it clear that you had intentions to arrest us. As I've said, I completely apologize and understand how my actions had disrupted roleplay. Will not do it again!!

Hello, I'm the administrator who gave you a 3 day ban for sit abuse. I've already responded to your friend's appeal, but regarding you, the circumstances are different; the situation began when you and your friend exploited the sit function to gain unauthorized access to the police station followed by cop baiting me to run down the stairs after which you both sat down, The distinguishing factor is that you decided to stand up, run to the other chair for some reason, switching a chair knowing full well I couldn't arrest you because you were sitting down. You and your friend then decided to sit abuse again after I switched characters to deal with you two attempting to leave The police station With the circumstances around you in particular, a 3 day ban is more than justifiable and frankly more leniency than you deserve.

This did confuse me at first but then I did understand it and yes it does sound dumb the multiple bans in 5 months and changing in 4 but sometimes it happens and I have changed and would do anything to prove it but I made this appeal in the first place because i miss the server and the feel of playing it during the summer having fun playing with friends and most of all roleplaying

As I ran down the stairs, you sat down to prevent your arrest and your friend’s. In our brief interaction, you and your friend demonstrated no intent to roleplay on this server. Given your lack of intent to roleplay, cop-baiting, and mingy behavior and the fact you've already been banned for NITRP recently last month on the 30th. the 3-day ban is entirely justified.
