Hello as someone that was a victim of your mass rdm I can confirm that this is not true. Not only am I refuting that you should be unbanned I am also taking this time to say that you and the three people that you raided with should be killed as per server raid rules. First the Mass RDM, rules per the conflict as as follows. Properly identify your target, ensure you ID the target by actually seeing the red target under their name (some exceptions apply). Do not shoot random people that may fit the vague description you are giving. RDM can lead to a ban and loss of points to your team. [SEE IMAGE ATTACHED] The only time you don't have to confirm the red text is if your target is sitting. (They match the description AND there is no other possible target around) According to your own clip it is very obvious you all just wiped the entire room of everyone in there and did not confirm the kill or have any sense that someone may be your target. It seems your plan was to kill everyone in there, go to hospital/pharmacy and clean up, and this is confirmed by my clip. now that your mass rdm is confirmed and cleared up lets talk about the validity of your raid and why I believe you and your friends should be pked. Below is the clip you provided the admin in your ban. https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/kgoE2XqlydZXK1Ial?invite=cr-MSxyMUQsNzcyMjcyMTE At no point in your clip did you prove that this was a valid raid and according to the rules of this conflict you must abide by the rules as per below If you confirm watch your target enter a building you may raid the building to get them (Without the risk of PK) If you receive a location for an area and search the entire area, cannot find the target, and have REASONABLE suspicion they are inside a building you may enter this building to find them. This will NOT be considered a raid (no PKs) but you may have to demonstrate to a staff member you had cause to enter. Randomly raiding buildings without cause can lead to a PK. What I believe your own clip failed to do was PROVE you had reasonable suspicion to enter the building as per the event rules and raid properly. Because of this it is clear you three should be pk'd until this proof is verified. Our side has verified targets are where they are before raiding, the second rule of this is very vague and all of commission is hiding in the warehouse and even the staff member Mango seemed reluctant to say we could raid if we searched the area and not be pked, it is a very vague rule. I have more clips supporting this evidence and ask UA contact me if they wish to see them as I would rather not post other peoples clips for them.

Hello banning admin here, thanks for taking my advice and trying to work things out here with me. To start, multiple reports came in for MRDM, I wasnt exactly sure what to think, but upon reviewing this clip here. I was questionable what exactly was going on. When I pulled you, you explained you were there for the target, got him and died. Clips provided of you indeed dying; you guessing who the target is, and killing all people sitting. I would like to note, because of this, they gained a point randomly guessing, and then proceeding to kill someone immediately off rip because he spawned near him. If the first point is invalid so should the 2nd. I believe this to be an MRDM.

Whilst imo in a normal situation this should've either been a ban or note, but considering this being within a event/war situation we should be more lenient with punishments. Consider yourself lucky. In this time off I have played other RP servers on other games in order to find that enjoyment again that I once found in Mafia RP. Hi banning admin here, Hello I was the banning admin in this situation, I had banned you and had noted your friend because in the only clip provided in the whole situation, and through logs aswell, I saw how with no disregard of life, and no apparent warnings due to the lack of clips, you shooting some random at your door and killing the person behind him. I had decided to ban you because of your po's aswell due to your 2 past offenses from this year and also due to your 15 day ban that had included rdm. In the clip there are no warnings, and you just automatically kill them for being near the door. I due hope for this ban to stay and if any UA+ would like to see the clip just lmk and ill send and not posting here due to the guys faction being shown and his friends name being shown as well. For the guy in the back that I also smoked I did NOT shoot them intentionally, he literally caught stray bullets from me killing his lil bro because he was right behind him.
