Hi! PK'ing admin here. So, as you broke down already the officer came on to your property to detain you and question you. This is valid as the officer visibly watched you shoot the car. While detaining you, a friend of yours pulls out your weapon and aims it at the officer. This lead to a valid kill by the officer. This was a separate violent conflict from yours. On to your and why you were PK'd. While you may defend your friends from other citizens, criminal factions etc, that does not apply to officers the same way. Their conflict was over and then you chose to fire your weapon at the officer starting your own confront with him. You inevitably lost that gun fight and died leading to your PK.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The reason why I know I should be unPKd is because I did not initiate the gun fight that occurred. What happened was that a white shirt was driving a taxi onto our property trying to run people over. We have told this player to stop and he wouldn't. After killing the driver, Senior Officer Benedetto Porcello runs onto the property and without any RP, he pulls out his cuffs and goes to detain me. Following he shoots my friend who accidentally pulls out a gun and instantly puts it away as seen in the clip provided below. Senior Officer Benedetto Porcello proceeded to shoot my friend and kill him resulting in me pulling out my gun and firing back. Remind you that the cop is the one who initiated the gun fight. Hello! We investigated this and you were PK due to someone being active to your faction since December. He killed you and thus you were PK'd. We will be reversing it this time due to how long ago it was. In the future, I highly suggest your faction either finishes the hit if they choose to set someone active while they're offline or make certain the person is no longer active. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.

Hello, all the different claims you made throughout this appeal have been carefully considered and investigated by multiple people. Nothing was found to be against the rules in this situation, no NLR, no cheating, no metagaming, etc. Other parties have shown plenty of context that helps re-enforce this situation as a valid PK.

idk im neutral leaning towards a -1 i think the app is well written and it reads well, me personally i like that you want to try and add more rp elements its just the actual application of your ideas for Gmod and the way the server is setup i dont know how well those would work. Ultimately in my opinion i like the ideas but i just dont see them working, plus we have several italian factions as is and i think itd be nice to see some more variety or more unique factions.

After I had gotten into a altercation with the man he decided to come back around to city hall and antagonize me leading for me to kill him might I add that the sit was very one sided in this situation.
