A soft +1 PRO - Diverse - Experienced enough player who would possibly do good in the position - I like the idea of making your low faction members wear clothing you have picked, some factions do this decent enough, but if it's done well I think it's a good RP navigator. CON - The red and black in the google doc is an eyesore. - The backstory is lack luster and super generic. You go into more detail about the members of your faction than you do about the actual faction itself. I want to read more about how the faction got started, the means of it's survival and how it's going to move forward. - Your RP ideas are also extremely generic, there is nothing different than any other faction. - Security companies don't work. I.e why would the Lucchese hire a security faction when they have 1000 throwaway associates? Something to consider: - As Kurt pointed out, RPing as Russian, or any other nationality for that matter can be difficult and you run the risk of your faction becoming generic if you don't encourage people to use an accent etc. I'd highly recommend writing an RP guide and if you get accepted, really drilling it into people and even go as far as maybe not hiring people who refuse to participate in the Eastern Europe RP.

Hi there, After checking your clip i spotted that you do not have the f3 of this citizen who is getting arrested. You do not know this man icly. You clearly have the intent to break this fella out / by disturbing the rp by trying to steal the cops car. The cop realises this and chases you. Whilst yes you're getting a felony charge. You involved yourself in a scenario you weren't even supposed to be in. This is clearer than glass that this is cop bait also that you basically baited him into this makes this killbait / rdm. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I'd attempt to have another staff member take the ticket but if no ticket was made and nobody was upset about it, I'd just mind my own business since no harm was done. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would collect evidence of that staff member abusing then open a report on that member for abuse without directly confronting them. (If your abusing your staff powers on a mafia rp server that's kind of insane...) A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Before everything, id hear both side's of the story then continue onto the evidence (logs, clips etc) just because someone doesn't break rules when I'm around doesn't mean they won't break rules when I'm not around. Once I review the evidence I would take appropriate action on the friend depending on if the evidence is lacking or not. Regardless of which I will treat friends/allies the same as other people when it comes to reports & tickets. ---------------------------------------------------------

Ok now im just catching strays here... RPing as a Russian is hard to pull off as I feel the expectations that people have for the particular RP sets a high bar for no reason. For instance, doing an accent that's far more popular in America (The New York/Italian accent) is far easier than a Russian one. Due to the decline in Russian RP and Eastern European RP over time, obviously it makes it harder to create the aforementioned RP with no guidelines or to act as a predecessor for a previous faction. I think as a whole eastern European RP will increase in quality over time as more factions choose to create eastern European factions and as my factions solidifies in the long run and focus more on RP. This is one of the reasons i created the faction to influence the growth of RP and number of factions in this particular area. And P.S. to the app creators, Security company didn't go that well for us i'd try something else.

I mean my whole point of it is that they basically went off one person saying hey this guys a rat. Realstically they dont have any proof cause that guy was simply there. Tbh a Don can pk anyone in their faction for any reason. If the Don mistakenly pks someone for whatever reason then that’s considered more of a loss on their part, and they have to live with the consequences of losing a good employee.
