Hello, it's pretty clear by that clip linked that you initiated an attack on an sons of silencer member, a faction you have now learned that is friendly with the faction you were in. Any normal faction would go to your faction and request some sort of repercussions from this whether it be your death or some sort of tax or whatnot. In this instance your faction decided it would be best to have you killed. They are completely within their rights to kill you over a matter such as this. Additionally there is no NLR basis for you to stand on here as its clear that a witness of your actions lived.

+1 Honestly dude used to be a complete fucktard back in the day. We promoted him and told him to lock in and he has been on extremely good behavior ever since. Dude actually puts work in for his faction. I know the previous offense speak for themselves and should be decently long ban but I think he isn't quite there to perma level. Dude corrected his behavior big time.

Odd choice to state, "I will not justify my actions" and then try to justify the actions. 1. Never stated whether or not this guy was even involved at all, outside of being HC for the faction that did the thing. Unless you did this to more than one guy, in which case I guess that would make more sense. 2. You can't get big feelings and RDM a guy 6 million times (really 271,000 probably) User was banned for following around a player for an extended period of time, RDMing him, being cringe and trying to aura farm, and showing no intention to actually roleplay. User has displayed massive lack of impulse control, coupled with an overbearing sense of pride for being in a faction or something. Why should you be unbanned? I believe I should be unbanned because I understand what I did was wrong and that I broke the rules of the server. I will not justify any of the actions that I committed. However, i would like to explain what led to this situation. It wasn't just me picking someone at random and killing them, it was a matter of me implementing revenge for the people in my faction and the killing of my Streetboss. Prior to killing my Streetboss, one of the members from the other faction came in and started escalating on two different occasions before a shot was fired. After killing my Streetboss they were on one of my companies roofs and city hall roof, this can be heard in the clip where someone in discord says they were posted up on a roof. I have to admit that I did take it a little to far and I have to apologize for that. I understand that there was an agreement between both factions after i was banned. We resolved the issue with the other faction but my ban was sadly implemented before they had a chance to take down the player report on me. This was my first ever ban on this server and apologize greatly for my actions and the rules that I broke.
