I do like the idea of a bean bag gun, though I feel like it could be abused. Maybe 1 shot then reload just making a slightly more lethal tazer, or like 4 rounds and only specific cops get to use it in specific situations. Ex. protests, mass gatherings, court protection.

After investigating, the don of Kosher did have valid reasons to put orders on your head. The items you were banned for transferring, were items found to have belonged to mugged allies.
