Regular patrol cops IRL in NYC have a plain clothes division…… Only reason we don’t have this in game is because crim mains cry and bitch to UA / Staff anytime RP doesn’t benefit them. Especially when it comes to arrests…. Make RP on the RP server great again

Hello! As a detective currently, I do agree that our plainclothes abilities should be less restricted as they are now. Now, to help with transparency, having to file paperwork about it isn't a terrible thing. Though, this issue faced is that we need to have a very well documented reason for going plainclothes (which means we can't just patrol in plainclothes). Like I just said, having to file paperwork is not bad. But having to have a pre-determined reason to go out makes it difficult to find crimes to begin with. Obviously, we do what we can, but having less restrictions while still having common sense rules might not be a bad thing (No plainclothes during wars for example).

I mean you cannot take this seriously I am sure that it didn't cross Facepunch ToS and this wouldn't effect me nor the server. The guy whos car I flung claimed I did it to him multiple times before but I did not. I do not think it is fair to even consider his claim I did it "multiple times" when he has no evidence at all. Also I think after 9 months enough time has passed to not have flags instantly removed for one offense. The guy rammed his car on top of mine on purpose to be a dick. I understand it is still against the rules but its not like I randomly flung his car without provocation to be a minge.

I'm the admin who took your flags away, With the most recent note date being true I chose to take your flags away based on the victim showing me proof of you doing it once and then rumors of you doing it multiple times again along with your history with the abuse.

In hindsight he was just baiting so he could call staff. Why should it be returned?: My pet flags were taken because of prior offenses from years ago. The only recent one was from September 2025 and the admin told me it said if i did it again my pet flags would be removed. I was never informed of that and I dont think one offense 9 months later warrants flags removed entirely. I dont think it is fair to remove pet flags without any recent warnings for it especially given the circumstance of the prop abuse. I understand it is prop abuse to hit a car with my physgun no matter the reasoning. I will not do it again and I would like to have flags back.
