Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified. Ensure you have read our Server Rules.

Hello! In the clip provided, it clearly shows you dropping a brick of Heroin on the sidewalk and then walking over to the Blue Lobster with it. You drop the brick inside the Blue Lobster and say, "Yo, this is what you guys wanted, right?" and then walk out. Another problem with this is the fact that this was during a slight conflict between Lucchese and Supreme, you have a main in Supreme, and then go on an alt character to drop a brick of heroin on their property. The reason why this was power game was due to you 'forcing players to commit crimes' against their will (Which was you dropping heroin in the Blue Lobster).

Two points here, two points to be made. 1. Stove bombing. I'm actually pretty much okay with stovebombing, in this context. A verbal argument happens, you stove bomb the property. They can kill you for that, but let's look at this reasonably. Every verbal spat invariably ends up in a shootout, people don't do anything exciting. Looking at it from this lense, and on consideration that it is a feature, I see no direct problem with stove bombing them over an argument. Grounds for faction escalation? probably. Grounds to kill them on sight? yeah. I'd even be fine with you shooting them the second they drop a stove on your property, but dont take that as fact and try it. 2. VDM yeah it was one guy and in the clip it doesnt show the vehicle, and i've personally killed a few people on that railing myself from me going super fast and crashing into it and people love standing there. If stove bombing just isn't okay, it would be removed as a feature. And it hasn't been. Ban appeal accepted.

That's not abusing your prop permissions, you're allowed to do that unless you're in a police chase. It doesn't break the rules or immersion, I'm simply unflipping my car. The reason you didn't ban me for any of this other stuff is because you knew it wouldn't slide. I didn't mass vdm anyone, If I did, I would be banned for it. I was driving the car I had fast because it was new and I was flying, I had air time for 5 seconds. I was captivated by it and having fun. If you saw all this stuff, me supposedly mass vdming, didn't ban me or talk to me, I can only assume you were trying to get me for something that would stick, like stove bombing. I don't know who you are and why you have it out for me but I apologize for whatever I did. I think I know what you're talking about when you're saying "mass vdm". You're using that term loosely, I was driving and the car got out of control and I ran over a single person on accident, which I can only assume is why you didn't ban for it.

Banning admin here. The reason why you were banned was because you were stove bombing inside of a property. You didn't do it just once but twice. You were also seen driving your car at high speeds and crashing it into a wall in Little Italy. You were also trying to abuse your props perm to unflip your car and another clip of your mass VDMing a group of people.

Your Character or Steam Name: Arth Your SteamID (Click to retrieve): STEAM_0:1:177466331 Your Discord ID#: 1141830724564045894 Reason for ban: nitrp Length of ban: 3 days Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): dispute & apology Why should you be unbanned: My response wasn't random, there was disrespect towards my race which escalated. I understand that stove bombing was a poor choice and not the best way icly for 'intimidation', and I accept that. However, it didn't have the intent of nitrp, but instead as a reaction to the situation. What I'm saying is it was poor judgement and not intentional. I'm asking for a reduced ban or something along the lines of that. -However if someone continues to disrespect you, you may physically intimidate or hit them. (Fists, melee weapon) As continued disrespect could realistically start a fight. The user then has free choice on how to respond/retaliate. If they choose to flee you may not kill them. I know I didn't use my fists or a melee weapon but I still did a form of intimidation and I do believe it falls under that rule Additional Information (images, videos, etc):

Hi there, I was the admin who handled this ban - You were banned for Powergame, NITRP and NLR To define powergame: Powergaming is described as forcing a scenario or roleplay onto someone against their will, usually in violation of the rules. Using other game mechanics to powergame can include, attempting to force players to do things outside of the server, forcing players to commit suicide, forcing players to commit crimes, forcing players to RP or /me's against their will, forcing players to give their f3, etc etc, By dropping a brick of drugs into an operating business, and with PD nearby - you blatantly powergamed. Whilst I realize this may be a rule you were unfamiliar with, it is on you to have read the rules of the server. You can find them at the link provided below. Here is a clip displaying your rule break, this does not properly show the NLR or NITRP, but both of those rulebreaks can be proven via our server logs as well as my experience having spectated you for a short while. https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/lGpVVB9PMBlwjS6YV?invite=cr-MSxSR2QsNDcwODUxNTUy&v=34 In terms of the duration of your ban, I was recommended 1 week in a UA ticket that I had opened due to our main char factions relations at the time. I did not want to open myself to potential bias, and sought advice. Hopefully you can read up on the rules and continue enjoying the server! Good luck on your appeal.

Sauerkraut's Application... (3.0 Baby!)
Sauerkraut replied to Sauerkraut's topic in Staff Applications
I did item transfer and I will admit that, it was a huge mistake and I have learned from it and I have bettered myself from it. However, in no way did I use staff to abuse the item transfer system. I don't understand where these assumptions come from (maybe due to the fact that I was staff very shortly before I got flagged for item transfer). But in no way did I try to bypass item transfer detection by using my knowledge as staff. -

God forbid a person makes a mistake. This guy needs to get off the stick he's sitting on. Everyone makes mistakes at some point or another, Sauerkraut's a competent dude and he's got alot more experience in the server since allat. -

+1 Overall a really solid and honest guy. I can see what people may say about his playtime but he's putting in the work and is an overall good contributor to the server.
