I punched far away from the person, I wasn’t directly trying to punch him or anything, that was not my intention. I can show that in this clip the guy the proceeded to pull out a gun and pointed at me he put his gun down and when I saw he why put his gun down I went to kill him. Why is this rdm? He literally pointed a gun at me. So the logic in the situation is that apparently someone can pull a gun at you and not get shot for it, apparently, because they put it away they’re like what? Hang-arounds will be doing things that what most of the current accepted factions' associates probably do, but actually gaining the whitelist and the RP associated is planned to come later. I don't want to whitelist someone and push them to move bricks to get money instantly. It can be interesting and engaging without a whitelist within the first week. I want quality players in my faction. -Giving them a few baggies and telling them to move them (They learn to navigate the map and learn where NPCs are) -Giving them a brick and teaching them how to break it down -Paying them for info on other groups (Incentivizes them to go RP with other groups and talk to people) -Paying them to do a grocery run -Paying them to restock lockers with meds and ammo -Showing them the ropes of weed production -Bringing them along to meetings with other factions and actually involving them (Not just standing outside and waiting) (This is just off the top of my head) By the time they finally become an associate and get a whitelist they should be able to run small drug ops, employ other hang-arounds to work with them and would pass on the info. After building up a small group around them/bringing others to the faction, the associate is noticed and then they may become made man material. I don't know why I need to post every aspect of my faction's interworking on here. I'd like some things to be kept unknown so its a surprise for those who might join. I'm not tryna pull a "trust me bro", but I'd like some things to be found out when people join.

I would love to say a year and a month passed while I was playing in this amazing server. I just came back from 2 weeks ago playing on my pc came straight playing to this server. Thank you for everyone who I enjoyed my time with. Thank you for reading this. I just love grinding on this server even though I’m 21 I should be focusing in my uni. Alright, I know I have mugged in the first place and I got a clip for it and I even said I wouldn’t clip if I thought my self wrong obviously. Plus now I haven’t killed this guy, it was a different reason the one before you said rdm now it’s a failmug bc of the area. But respect nothing personal.

Commenting because of this: I was the staff member giving you a note a few hours prior to this where you killed somebody who was complying with your demands. I cited the mugging rules and gave you a chance to redeem yourself. A few hours later, you ended up repeating the same behavior, plus additional violations, showing that you basically do not care, and you're just sorry for being banned and unable to attend a faction event. Ban should hold, imho.

In my opinion in my religion my prophet forgave the bad people, why don’t you forgive this guy, atleast get him back but not as a staff member see his action and in my opinion let him apply for staff in a year or so to see his action. But +1.

I just came back from 2 or 1 week and a half my bad it won’t happen again I literally didn’t know about that as I said back then with my old factions we used to chill in the vc and nobody said anything. In order for you to communicate with other players you must use in game chat or voice functions, we added radios for this exact reason. Coordinating anything IC in a third party voice program is metagaming and will lead to a ban and/or a void of an RP situation." 1-35: where are you guys right now? you took his clothes off and had about 30 seconds after initiating the mugging in which all you guys did was take his clothes and your co mugger says hes gonna make him drop his money. you didht hold him at gunpoint with the intent of moving him you just mugged him there. in total in your nearly two minute clip your group vdmed, failmuged and avdmed so im against any reduction.

And trust me if I respect your actions towards me, im not telling you to do your job right or wrong im just asking if we could reduce the ban from Sunday we make it Saturday as I have something at Saturday. And about the metagaming and voice call in the faction trust me if I knew it was metagaming I wouldn’t do release it. It won’t happen again I just checked the metagaming rule about it. I just want to reduce atleast from 4 days to 3 days because you banned me 4 days just like you banned the guy with me in that mug who was a minge so i feel I shouldn’t deserve the same punishment. I’m fine with the punishment but atleast less than him I’m not a minge like him.

It's been nearly a year and a half since I received my ban, and I've had a lot of time to reflect on what I did. I fully acknowledged that what I did was a severe violation of trust, and I'd genuinely like to try move forward and demonstrate that I've grown in this time. Why should you be unbanned? I'd appreciate the opportunity to rejoin this community and reconnect with those I once considered friends, a privilege I lost due to my past decisions. I hope that after taking a substantial time away and actively trying to find ways to repair that trust to make up for knocking away chances afforded to me at the time of my ban, and have tried to show commitment to returning to Diverge. All I ask for is the chance to prove that I am committed to becoming a positive part of the community again, as others in similar situations have received.
