What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I would like more responsibility on the server besides my normal District Attorney job. I also want to be able to help other people with issues, as I have issues as well. With the server and interacting with others of course, I like to help people in my capacity as an EADA. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I am very hardworking and dedicated towards the server, I have a lot of time right now to dedicate to the server and staffing, provided I get the job. I also am used to how the server works and know my way around it. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): A little on a couple of small servers that all went defunct due to running out of money. The servers include an Naruto Anime server and another small server run by a friend. I never have actually had to do much staffing though. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes.....I doc bombed the bar sheet and got permabanned, I got banned for rdming racists, I got banned for rdming people on a cop character due to believing I was roleplaying cop gone rogue. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I am very well known, maybe not always in the best light, but I have greatly improved my reputation and such since coming back around 6 months ago. I have worked as an EADA for around half a year now and have advanced through the office and done a good job in that capacity. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I let fellow staff members take care of it, and if there are none, I report it to someone above me anyway in the discord in order to document it. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I report it to someone above me and try to document them doing said abuse and actions. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: It does constitute bias, but as stated their are rules that one has to follow, and if evidence provided proves them RDM'ing then I would do my duty as a staff member first and foremost. ---------------------------------------------------------

Okay, well I'm going to debunk literally everything you've said. 1. I joined your faction and did literally nothing and you unwhitelisted me. 2. You don't even know my characters so idk how you'd know if I am RPing. 3. I've literally mugged 4 people in my whole year of playing Diverge and I don't even minge I at most start some shit talk with people for some fun interactions for people.

Ive dealt with him as a cop, as a lawyer, and as staff. I was the banning admin from last month for the RDM. He does goof off alot BUT, I believe everyone deserves a second chance so idk.. Its a +1 for me.

I feel like I should be doing more for the server by helping out the community by being a moderator, making sure everyone is enjoying there time on the server. I like helping others and I want to make a better face out of myself by showing that I really care for this community and I will take every opportunity to help someone. I'm online most of the time when most of the staff team isn't and I think with this. I can handle a lot of tickets when the server is up during irregular hours. Pizzle was the first staff member I interacted with and he was absolutely amazing and helpful when he was assisting me. I spend countless hours communicating with players to expand my knowledge while understanding the workings of the server. Surrounding myself with staff members and seeing how they must halt their activities to tend to tickets and players motivates me to assist the players in need in order to ease the work load for current staff. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I think I should be accepted over other candidates is because I don't stop. I'm always eager to learn something new and help a community that I enjoy being part of. I just want to be part of something bigger and help in anyway that I can to be part of that. I may not know the commands for nutscript and SAM but I will learn along the way when I am accepted. I do have Soldiers underneath me so I do have experience with leading and training under my belt. I will always take every ticket with the upmost respect and professionalism. I am starting to make a lot of friends and I really appreciate the support I have gotten through advice and getting to learn new things. They will be handled accordingly without any exceptions and will be treated like any other player that was RDMing or minging.
