We muted you roughly, I believe, 2 times as well as gagged you 2 times; you continued even after getting kicked. You came back and did the exact same thing. You then decided to evade a 12-hour ban. I was forced to either create a business on this character and risk a pk or to not create the enterprise on that character and remain blocked on all my other current and future characters from creating any type of legal business forever. I was forced into a situation which solely escalated over a petty squabble in OOC discord dms. What's even funnier is that the enterprise which I ended up creating in order to get out of this situation still exists because you can't kill a company. So, this pk even though disruptive is ultimately useless and contributes nothing to further the rp of the server. Not to mention the fact that I was a non-associated civilian whose sole purpose was to roleplay as legal businessman, but whatever I guess factions will always dominate.
